PERSONALITY everyone's first impression of jade was that she's amiable & intelligent yet rather serious. later on as they get to know her better, they realize she's incredibly perky and very bubbly, however vengeful at times. she had been described by her friends to be a little bit of a psychopath, considering her obsession with blades (especially cutters) and sometimes odd behavior.
PHYSICAL APPEARANCE jade has fair skin, brown eyes, freckles, and jet-black hair which was originally slightly wavy before she rebonded it at the age of 14 — during her "emo" phase. she is described to be quite pretty; though her short height makes her a target for her friends to tease.
BACKGROUND INFO jade hails from a rich jewish family in california. her mother is an accountant whereas her father is a diplomat. at some point in her life, jade despised her mother for her sternness and disagreeable ways of inflicting discipline. she had a slightly better relationship with her father, though he too was rather strict and barely around due to being occupied with his work. among the people in her family, jade was most intimate with her cousins and youngest uncle who was only about a few years older than her.
she attended a private school from pre-school to middle school, before settling in ridgeview high where she began her high school years. she was in the student council for her sophomore & junior year, and had become quite popular for her sociability, diligence, and comical behavior. as of 2018, she transferred to oxford academy in cypress (on her parents' orders) for her senior year.
after graduating from high school the following year, she began attending yale university, where she majored in literature and took judaic studies as a minor. at the same time she was a freelance writer, having published poems and fantasy novels on wattpad.
