their WASP family is known for having a history of being white supremacists, as well as their possible involvement in the ku klux klan (KKK). jack & jill's great-grandfather, arnold johnson, was proven to be extremely racist, even disowning his eldest son, albert, after discovering the canadian woman he married was half indigenous. it isn't clear whether jack & jill's father, joseph, is a white supremacist, seeing as he's haughty but still tolerates people of different races. whereas their mother, on the other hand, is openly scornful towards non-WASP people and the LGBT.
jack & jill took over johnson corporation in 2033 after their dad decided to step down. since the twins weren't exactly good at handling a business and were shunned for their incestuous relationship, j.corp went on the verge of bankruptcy. fortunately, audrey johnson (granddaughter of albert johnson, the supposed heir) swooped in with a $100 million investment and saved the company, even turning it into a conglomerate that would eventually be worth billions. jack & jill moved back to alabama, where they lived together without having any children or getting married (considering it was illegal to marry your sibling).
