THE ROVER STOPPED IN a field outside of the border dividing Sector 7 and 8. Casey hopped out and moved to the front to help Raven exit the driver's side. Raven glanced at her with a slight frown, always annoyed when Casey tried to help just because of her leg. Guilt rested in the pit of Casey's stomach that reminded her that Murphy did this to her. She blamed herself and tried to repay Raven in the small ways she could.
⠀⠀⠀"Casey, I'm fine. I can do it," Raven assured her. Although the grimace on her face told Casey otherwise. She moved forward, stubbornly helpful, as she rested her hands on Raven's waist. Raven sighed, defeated, and wrapped her arms over Casey's shoulder. Casey helped Raven down with a victorious smile while Raven rolled her eyes.
⠀⠀⠀"These woods must be the border," Bellamy said, preparing his gun.
⠀⠀⠀"So, where's all the ice?" Jasper asked.
⠀⠀⠀The trees were a bright evergreen, and the air was warmer than Azgeda, the Ice Nation, sounded.
⠀⠀⠀"Much farther north. Azgeda stretches for one thousand miles," Octavia said. She moved to stand in front of them, acting as their leader and commander in the unfamiliar terrain. She was far more educated on each clan's individual cultures and was their best face to put forward.
