Blake sits on the couch with John on her lap as she looks at his birth certificate. It's been a couple days. She got it bit has John's birthweight down. Damon and Blake are down as his parents. Damon comes trotting down the stairs. Blake hands him the birth certificate and he reads it over.
"This looks good, let me frame it," Damon says.
He grabs a frame from the kitchen closet and he puts on the mantle above the fireplace. Blake finally built up the courage to get rid of the pictures of William. She brought them to the Harvey family crypt. Damon then takes John and Blake leaves for the Grill. Someone knocks on the door. Damon carries baby John with him and he opens the door and finds Jeremy.
"I need to talk to you," Jeremy says.
"And why do I need to talk to you?" Damon asks sarcastically and he goes to close the door with his free hand.
Jeremy pushes the door right back open. "Tyler Lockwood has to kill someone to activate his curse. He's not a werewolf yet."
"Wow, fascinating. Not enough." He goes to close the door once more as Aiden comes downstairs.
And again, Jeremy stops it. Aiden looks amused.
"But Mason Lockwood is," Jeremy says, "he he's looking for a moonstone - a special rock connected to the werewolf legend. That's why he's here."
"A moonstone?" Aiden inquired as baby John's wakes up.
"And I know where it is," Jeremy claims.
"And you're bringing us this why, exactly?" Damon asks.
"Do I need a reason?" Jeremy retorts. "Look, I just want to help, okay?"
"What's your sister say about this little discovery?" Aiden asks, and Jeremy doesn't answer. "Oh, you haven't told her, have you?"
"Well, Elena doesn't want me getting involved in all this," Jeremy claims and tries to go inside, but Damon stops him.
"And you're a Gilbert and you just can't he,p yourself," Aiden says. "Wow. Your search for life's purpose is as obvious as it is tragic."
"You guys going to let me in or not?" Jeremy asks; Aiden and Damon step out of the way amd let littld Gilbert in.

Blake was an the Grill for a while but then carol managed to convince the vampire to come over, and help set up for the masquerade ball. Jenna and Carol are talking inside. Blake is elsewhere, helping set something up. Tyler and Matt are carrying into a table, and almost drop it.
"Boys! Be careful with they! It's from the 1800s!" Carol scolds. "Excuse me," she says to Jenna. "Tyler!"
"Mom, we got it," Tyler claims. "Blake, help me."
Blake walks over and takes Matt's spot. They get the old table to help set it up with Carol hovering over them. That is starting to really bug Blake, but she says nothing.
