Chapter 29||| Two different Missions

Third Person P.O.V
Location: Castle of Lions, ???pm

"There's no point in arguing about this, Zarkon is clearly tracking us through me." Everyone disagreed with Allura knowing it wasn't her.

"Why would that be so hard to believe? When I woke up Zarkon's forces showed up."
"She has a point, I'd travel the galaxy just to find you."

Keith then interrupted with his own opinion. He was leaning against his chair while everyone else was in the middle of the control room.

"It's not you Princess, it's me."
".....Because?"
"Zarkon must have imprinted on me during our fight,"

"I don't think it's either one of you." Y/n then interrupted, "Zarkon is most likely tracking us by the Black Lion. When the Black Lion gets close to Zarkon, Shiro always has to fight for control." Y/n stated as he put his elbow on Shiro's shoulder.

Pidge nodded agreeing with Y/n.

"But it's unheard of, no paladin is able to connect with the lion in a vast distance."

"So what do we do?"

"That doesn't matter how he's tracking us because soon enough we'll take the fight to him, he's been chasing us throughout the galaxy. The last thing he'll expect is for us to come after him."

Lance then smirks while nodding his head, "So the hunter becomes the hunted, awesome. That tag line is from like six of my favorite movies,"

"As it happens, I took a list of all the recent galra attacks and activity-" Pidge then went on to explain something only a few people could understand and Y/n, Lance and Keith were one of the people who didn't understand.

"Uhh......Pidge?"

Pidge kept talking about a Galra tracker and went on to explain what it was and how it worked, as she did color coded markings appeared all around them.

"So a galra finder?"
"Well, I wouldn't say galra 'finder' it would be more accurate to say that it just predicts the galra's likeliest to-"

Everyone just stared at her with confusion not knowing what to do, Pidge sighed in defeat and nodded.

"Yeah it's a galra finder."
"The real question is, where are the galra now?"
"The nearest ones are on a planet called Taujeer."

"Everyone should get some sleep and some energy before we go fight this fleet." Y/n said as he crossed his arms raising his eyebrows looking at everyone's tired eyes. "That means you too Pidge," Pidge sighed grabbed her computer and followed everyone out the door.

Y/n watched everyone leave but then noticed Keith still in the room. He was talking with Shiro, Keith seemed bothered by something but then left.

"Shiro, shouldn't you go to sleep?" Y/n said while walking up to Shiro.

"I should ask you the same thing, L/n."
"You can say I can't sleep."

They spent some time talking in the control room nothing too special some banter here and there.

Meanwhile with Keith,

It was midnight when Keith had a nightmare where he was with the Galra and saw Zarkon just watching him through a knife that he had since a child.

He woke up sweating and out of breath, he instinctively grabbed something under his pillow. It was the same knife in the nightmare, he looked at it for a solid 2 minutes.

The knife had a purple symbol with some white markings on it where the blade met the handle, the blade itself was shaped weirdly but was very sharp and a good weapon overall.
