Soft clouds surrounded my body. This is nice, i do not remember my bed feeling this soft but ill take it. I rolled over onto my back,I blinked open my eyes, feeling drowsy, seeing red.

Red is surrounding me in the darkness. I blink a few more times and rub my heavy eyes. The smell of Lavender and roses tickles my nose. Did Max bring me more flowers?

Sadie growled in my head at his name. I sat up slowly still seeing the red cloth surrounding my me. Wait, it all came clashing back into me causing me to wince and hold my head. I Max and Vicky, they are mates. I remember running, i remember jumping. But where am i now?

I ran i hands down my face shakily and took a few deep breaths.

'Sadie are you okay?, i am sorry for what i did' i hung my head in shame feeling her pain swirl though me.

'I AM FINE, I SUPPORT YOU NO MATTER WHAT. WHILE I WAS NOT READY TO DIE, I UNDERSTAND THE OVERWHELMING AND HELPLESS FEELINGS'

Her words reassured me, 'Sadie where are we?'

She hummed at my words as she stretched her body and i could feel her sniffing our surroundings. Rose and lavender was the most we could smell, the bed i was lying in was saturated in this scent. The vampire i met at the cliffs, i remember his odd smell.

"Princess Sarah? Are you awake?" a small voice echoed around the space and a small girl with dark auburn hair and brown eyes peeked through the curtains surrounding the bed. Light filtered in around her hair, framing her in a halo like look.

"Y-yes i am" i croaked out, my throat was raw. I touched my neck rubbing small circles.

"Here you go" the girl handed me a bottle of water and slid a tray of steaming vegetables along with rice and gravy towards me. The smell had my stomach growling on its own as she giggled at me but quickly covered her mouth "Im sorry, i don't mean to laugh" she looked down.

I took a small sniff absorbing the foods smell but hers hit me as well, she smelled like the ocean and cherries. Weird i thought but i could smell the oyster on her as well. She was a vampire i was sure, Sadie shook out her fur and eyed the girl but quickly dismissed her as a threat. I relaxed as i thanked her for the meal.

Gulping down the water i started to devour the food as well. In between bites i asked "So, where am i and how do you know who i am?"

She smiled as she pulled the curtain a little more open and light came flooding through the space, i flinched and closed my eyes tightly at the brightness.

"Oh im sorry, i forgot, to answer your question though you are in Arcadiana. My brother saved you two days ago, he found you almost dead in the sea. " She answered sadly.

I shook my head, how i had been out for two days? I imagine my parents were going insane at this point. But more importantly who was her brother?

"um..what's your name?" i asked after finishing the wonderful meal.

She giggled again"Oh gosh where are my manners! I am Emily, you met me when you first came here. My brother Sebastian has been checking on you every few hours, but i have been here non stop. I wanted to make sure you seen a friendly face when you awoke. Some people here are not fond of wolves.." she continued her rambling as i tuned her out.

So, Sebastian was his name. I do not remember him or her, all i remember was the feeling of the cold sea and the images of the black figures surrounding me. I shivered at the images filtering through my mind and Sadie growled.

Emily jumped off the bed in surprise and cowered away from me. I noticed her whimper " Oh gosh, im so sorry i am not angry at you!" i reached out and brushed my hand against hers as she looked up at me with teary eyes.
