Chapter- 46 The Dark of You

"Well what do we have here." His voice sent a horror shiver down my spine. I opened my eyes to see King Joel and a few men with him. None of them i recognized as i growled to him. 

A growl behind me turned my attention to Sebastian, he was raising onto his feet as well. His eyes glazed slightly and his father began to chuckle. The sound made Sadie whimper in my mind but i kept a baring of teeth at him. 

"Enough play children. Shift to skin." He called out loudly, it was a direct order and i refused since he was no alpha of mine. He hissed at me but i growled in return. 

"Father, she will not shift in front of these men. What is the meaning of this?" Sebastian had went back to his skin behind me and shook in furry. He had been given a pair of pants, as he stepped in front of me. 

His father laughed coldly again as the breeze picked up around us i smelled them. The men with him where not Vampires, no there where only two i could smell. Jadiar stood next to Joel as the crowd of men smelled of burnt ash and copper. They where Hunters. 

Sadie jumped to the forefront of our mind as she growled 'SARAH WE CAN'T TAKE ALL TWELVE OF THEM.'

'I know Sadie, i know.' The AR  15 each carried along with Silver daggers by there thighs signaled they where not here to play. I remembered my mother telling me how Kalil was taken while they had been on a hunt and i shuttered. My parents did not even know where i was, much less anything about the hunters. 

I was scared to say the least. I knew if i tried to win this i would most likely be killed but i would not go quietly, not after Sebastian risked his own life to save me. He made me understand how stupid i was to try and end my life. My pack needed me and i would not give up i growled loudly when the men started to surround us. 

Sebastian looked around and sneered "Come any closer and i will personally enjoy the throats i rip out while counting down each one." He stared his father in the eyes "Yours will be the first to go should you touch her."

"Oh Sebastian, now you know this is all your fault. First you raid my warehouse now you shift into that sad excuse of a wolf and you expect me to be understanding and weak? How stupid are you. Ah yes i should have known you are your mothers son after all." The pure hatred in his words had me cringing and i whimpered as i nudged Sebastian in comfort. 

"Ill kill you!" Sebastian lunged at his father as the men jumped as well. It was ciaos as i dodged and jumped the weapons thrown at me and managed to claw two hunters faces before i caught another by his shoulder and slammed him down. The Silver burned as it sliced my cheek and neck. 

"Enough! If you don't settle down girly i will have them kill him now." Joel hissed in my direction as i looked over seeing Sebastian was bound and gagged on his knees, He was pouring blood from various open wounds. I growled at Joel and took a step toward him angling my body to lunge when a heavy silver net landed over me. 

I howled in pain and tried to fight against it as they pulled me back, i felt a sting in my left hip as i turned to see a hunter injecting me with a purple liquid. My vision became blurry and the men faces merged together as they laughed. 

"Well Joel i would say you more than delivered on our price. Hell its like a two for one special, we get a hybrid and a female royal Lycan." A large man spoke but is face became nothing but black ink as i was loosing consciousness fast. 

'SARAH I AM TRYING TO REACH OUT TO THE PACK, WE NEED HELP' Sadie sounded weak as i knew we were injected with wolfs bane and who knows what else. Our body burned everywhere like we were being bit by fire ants. 

I could heard Sebastian growling as Joel shouted "Boy stay down to or i will just kill her now. Better yet Ivan why don't you let your boys have a few rounds with her. She may not look like much in wolf form but if you can get her to skin she is a perfect specimen of the female body".
