Cold air filtered through my fur and i shivered. I could faintly hear voices and my ears twitched.

The last thing i remember was Sebastian's growls, long and sad. Is he okay? where are we?

I tried to open my eyes only for them to only twitch just like my ears. My eyes felt like they had been super-glued shut. I groaned internally, i wasn't sure where we where so i didn't want to alert anyone i was awake just yet.

I focused on my breathing slowing it so my heart rate would slow as well. Hunters didn't have heightened senses like supernaturals but where wicked strong. Taking long slow breaths i focused on my smell and hearing.

The stench of burnt flesh, blood and mold had me gagging. I could smell fecal and urine mixed with sweat as well. I still couldn't open my eyes and i didn't want to now. I could hear the sounds of crying and chains clanking. Blood curling screams pieced my ears and had me wincing, there was male and female voices in the mix.

"Sarah, Sarah are you there?" I could make out a faint whisper as his voice tickled my ears.

I tried harder to open my eyes and moved my leg slightly as a whimper left my mouth.

"My queen i am so sorry, this is all my fault." Sebastian's voice broke.

I forced my eyes awake and he was on his knees in front of me blood dripping from his head and neck. He had chains wrapped around his ankles and wrists, his shirt was dirty and bloody as well.

I move again and whimpered as i felt a burning on my legs, "Shh...its okay Sarah, im right here. Don't move to much you are chained as well." Sebastian tried to sooth me as the pain increased as i moved more. I was trying to stand but was still in wolf form and wobbled laying back down.

What the hell had they given me? I felt like i had been submerged in concrete, my whole body was heavy. I tried to speak to him, he needed to know this was not his fault all that came out was another whimper.

I could hear chains shake as he whispered "You have been out almost two days, if it wasn't for my hearing your heart beating and feel your breath i would have thought you were dead. Im so glad you are alive, as it is i will never forgive myself for putting you in this position."

I growled lightly to him and shook my heavy head as best i could telling him no. I focused on moving my legs as i tried again to stand. I managed to get up still shaking but i was up, i looked around to try and get an idea where the heck we were.

The walls where old stones with a metal bar lined halway down the wall with chains hanging down them. What looked to be the entrance to the small cell was a Metal door with a four by four window looking out to i assumed was a corridor. The light in the room flickered, at least we weren't in the dark i thought.

The smells hit me hard and i vomited next to my body, i shuttered as it racked though me. My empty stomach only allowed yellow bile and saliva to escape. I didn't realize how hard it was the throw up in wolf form. I used my front paw to wipe away the excess, as my mouth burned at the acidity.

I looked up to Sebastian and he smiled weakly to me. My back legs where chained but not my front, i couldn't move any closer to him and when i tried it jerked his chains back into the wall. We where connected where we couldn't touch one another and if the we tried it would only injure the other.

I needed to shift to talk to him "Wait Sarah, do not shift. You are safer in your wolf form, plus there are many male guards. I don't want them getting any ideas, i cant protect you like this". His blood was still dripping down his head.
