Chapter 28

POV: Lilly

The reaper told us the situation and how to kill the monsters. I was a few feet away when they began to walk away and I began to follow.

Suddenly the reaper attacked Sebastian and he had to block the weapon with both is hands. As the reaper was distracted I removed my blindfold. In one quick motion I kicked the legs out from underneath the reaper.

I smiled down at his socked face as I pulled out my two hidden daggers. “Let’s play,” I said with a smirk.

“Go protect the young master. I can handle the reaper,” Sebastian said as he pulled out a few kitchen knives. I sighed and ran after Ciel.

I ran down the stairs and stopped when I heard Lizzy scream. I picked up speed as I descended the stairs. When I finally entered the room there was one of the dead after Lizzy, Ciel, and Snake.

Quickly I ran over and stood in front of them in a battle ready stance. I saw a coffin on the ground with a bird symbol on it. Snake pointed to behind the dead man where several more coffins that bared the same bird. Panic filled me and I needed to get the others to safety.

The room was soon filled with the living dead. Helped Ciel up some creates after Snake helped Lizzy. Ciel brought his arm down to help me up but I refused and jumped up on my own.

Snake threw a plate to see if they would go after it but they continued to go after us. The creates began to shake as the dead scratched and bit at the boxes.

“I’ll defiantly protect you at least. No matter what happens! Ciel shouted over the sound. His arms were wrapped around Lizzy and they both looked scared.

“How admirable young master,” The voice of Sebastian called from behind the dead. I smiled ad jumped down, daggers drawn.

“You wanna have a contest? Who ever kills the most wins,” I said with a smile before giving him a quick kiss and going after the dead. I spun around and leapt like I did at the circus but this time I was cutting at heads and not spinning fire.

We were soon done and the bodies and blood covered the ground around us. Sebastian helped Ciel down after changing his bloody gloves to clean ones. I laughed and licked the blood that dripped from my weapon and onto my hand. It was immediately spit out due to its rotten taste. I don’t know why I thought it would taste like normal blood.

I stayed behind as Sebastian went to get the rest of Lizzy’s family to safety. I follow behind everyone as we entered the boiler room. We walked up to a man and did the weird pose that I thought I would never have to do.

Suddenly there was a bang and the ship jerked. Water came rushing into the room and we ran to the water lock door before it closed. I stayed behind Lizzy as the door closed down. Ciel emerged from the water and ran to Lizzy.

“We’ll escape through the ducts. Plus your snake friends cant be in the cold water for too long!” Ciel called to Snake who was on the other side of the door.

We ran up the stairs and I began to remove my dress so that I would fit into the ducts better. I was now in my under dress and I crawled through the ducts so I could catch them when they got out.

I dropped down into a room and was caught by strong arms. When I was set down I looked up at Sebastian who was soaked in water. His clothes clung to his form and a blush formed across my face. He quickly kissed me and was no longer wet. “I’ve killed more than you,” he said and stuck out his tough like a child.

I laughed as Ciel fell down and Sebastian caught him. Ciel than turned to catch Lizzy who fell in after him. Sebastian offered his coat to Ciel but Ciel refused and it was given to me.

There was the sound of a motor and I looked up to see a circle being formed in the ceiling. It fell in and two reapers jumped down at us. The one with long red hair looked at Sebastian. “Found you Hottie!”

My blood began to boil and I pulled out my daggers again. This reaper was going to die for hitting on my man.
