Chapter 47

POV: Lilly

"You want me to leave!" I exclaimed after Sebastian explained what had to be done. Hanna, my nurse, was packing my bags as I argued with Sebastian. "What about Ciel and the others?"

He sighed and took my hand. "Lilly, leaving this place with the information we have will be dangerous and I need you to leave before that. I can't allow you or the baby to be harmed. You wont be alone and I will be with you again soon." His eyes pleaded with me to leave and I was beginning to cave under their strength.

I narrowed my eyes, trying to keep strong. "So you expect me to return to England and wait for you. All the while you're here and I don't know what's happening. You can't do that to me. I'm already stressed about Ciel's health." I turned from him and stomped my foot on the ground. "I'm staying and that's finale."

In response he turned me around. He forced me to look into his crimson eyes as he cupped my cheek. "Everything will be fine. Trust me. Ciel's health is back in order and he's prepared a place here in Germany for you to wait for us."

I was beginning to cave. The emotion in his eyes was crushing me. He was proving valid points yet I didn't want to leave. I was scared. What if we were separated again?

The pressure got to me and the last support fell. I looked to the ground and wisped, "Fine."

He forced me to look up at him once more. His thumb gently wiped the few tears that escaped my hold. "Nothing will happen. I promise."

We held that position for a while until Hanna spoke. "Your bags have been packed."

"Good. You two will leave as soon as the sun goes down. That gives you time to say goodbye to the others." Sebastian explained making me frown again at the thought of leaving.

"What about Master Sullivan. We can't just leave her in this situation. If what you said is true, she can't stay here." I was worried for the young girl. She knew nothing of what they were doing to her and that saddened me deeply.

Sebastian cupped my cheek again. "The young master has a plan. There is no need to worry." I nodded again in response and gave a sad smile. "Alright, sunset is soon. I will be back to see you off then alright."

I again nodded allowing him to leave the room. Hanna placed my bags by the window as I headed to Ciel's room.

Ciel and the others were waiting in his room. I entered quietly and said my goodbye's to each of them. I gave a few last hugs before heading to my room once again.

On my way to my room I ran into Wolfram. "Hello Miss. Lilly." He greeted.

I smiled. "Hello. Can you apologize to Master Sullivan for me? I am feeling extremely tiered tonight and won't be able to keep her company like she had asked earlier."

He nodded and I thanked him before continuing to my room.

Once in my room I sat on the bed. Hanna helped my change from my current dress and into one that was easier to maneuver in. My flats were replaced with a pair of boots and she handed me a small pistol.

Just as Sebastian had said he arrived as the sun fell over the horizon. Sebastian quickly kissed me and placed a hand on the growing bump. "Take care of your mother, alright." He whispered before placing a kiss where our child was growing.

"You're going to keep to your promise right?" I asked as the fear of what could happen took over me again. I fiddled with the ring on my finger and I looked down at the floor.

My eyes were again forced to look into his. They told me all I needed to know and some of the fear was washed away. His lips met mine again for a quick few seconds.

"It is time to go Miss. Regis," Hanna said as she took my hand and lead me to the window. She handed me a cloth for over my mouth and nose to protect me from the gas. She then moved to lift me up only to be stopped by Sebastian. He took me in his arms and jumped from the window. I was placed on the ground as Hanna joined us on the ground with our bags.

"I will see you soon Lilly." Sebastian said as he gave me one last kiss and jumped back up to the window. With reluctance I turned to the forest and started my long trek to where ever Ciel had prepared.
