She quickly realizes she had arrived at the black lake.
The castle is glowing faintly in the dark, but it was only a question of time as to when it would be going dark. She grasps her wand tightly, finding courage in the warmth if fills her body with, when suddenly she feels a nudge. Turning around she realizes she indeed is not alone. Right there in front of her was Ceberus. And to his side were Persephone and Achilles. The large Chimeara goes down onto its knees and she quicky realizes what he is asking of her. With a jump she manages to pull herself up onto his back. Her hands grasp his mane. "You will win this war. Do not be afraid. Never be afraid. Good is waiting in the dawn of the new day."

"To war then, Ceberus. To battle."

The beast runs into the castle. His extreme speed and agilty being surprising, especially considering his size. The other two follow just behind.

Her eyes find McGonagall sending off the stone knights to do their duty and the professors chanting the protego maxima charm.
She rides up to them and hears the cries of fear and admiration from the students around them when they see just what had arrived. "I do believe you could use some help, Professor.", she says. The woman turns to her immediately. "Miss Lapis.. Merlins beard. Are those.." "Chimearas. Yes, Professor. This is Ceberus, this Persephone and this Achilles. We've come to fight. Leave the first wave to us." Determination fills the girls heard and she pointedly grasps her wand in her hands, before pointing it into the sky, with her whole heart trusting in the disembodied voice. No matter what.. It was a friend. "Protego Maxima!", she cries out and instead of whisps of magic her wand produces the form of her corporal patronus. Just even larger than it normally is. It roars and then sprints towards the night sky, threads of magic following it.

Some students have frozen in their movements and Eleanor, currently helping a bunch of first years escape into the Hufflepuff common room to keep them safe there, does the same. "Chrys!", she whispers, then ushers the first years foreward.

The Chimeara melts into the dome that has already been created and completes it, sealing in the school. "Go, Professor. You are needed. We'll handle this side." "But Miss Lapis.." "Don't.. underestimate a badgers wrath, Professor. I have long waited for this chance. I've been given this task. And I will lead the magical beasts into battle for if the good fades, so will they. So will all of us. Do not worry yourself too much. Even if I should fall.. I'll be greeted by those, expecting me to join them in my time. I will not allow every last bit of the memory I have of the boy I love to fall to pieces. The castle will hold. And blood of those who dare attack us shall paint the walls red. Go!" McGonagall leaves to help out where she can, while Chrysoprase straightens up on Ceberus's back. She brushes her hand through the beasts mane.
"Together, my friend. Zeus is on our side."
She indeed had finally found out who was speaking to her. The loud roar of the Chimaeras echoes through the air, then the deatheaters launch their attacks. "MOVE you fools! This is MY corner!", Chrys yells out to the few fifth, sixth and seventh years, and few who had already graduated and left the school.
The roar of thunder fills the air and lightning flashes.
"ZEUS! Send down your daughter of war for that she will guide my hand. Send down your brother for he will find many souls to tend to. Send your lighting. I am not afraid anymore. I will do you justice."
And with a another booming sound of thunder from the ground rises a being neither human nor beast, holding a sphere of fire on a long, metal chain. And from the sky falls another being, holding shield and speer.
"Attack.", the disembodied voice tells her. "Foreward!", she yells. The Chimaeras start running and so do the two gods. Lightning hits the first attackers, then Chrys raises her wand and fires her curse. It hits the first death eater directly into his chest and the next two are torn apart by Persephone and Achilles. Fifty fall by the strikes of the two ancient gods.
They make their way through the death eaters and giants. Turning them into rivers of blood for it was what they were send there to do.
