Part 2 of the spammmmmmmm.

-Recap-

"A pack of them." I sigh.

"An alpha pack. And they're not coming. They're already here." Peter butts in.

I sigh, looking at the triangular symbol on the door.

-Time Skip-

-4 Months Later-

(Lyrica's P.O.V.)

I'm in my classroom on the first day of school, getting everything ready for homeroom and then my other classes.

"You wanna ask Derek for help? Why? Why?" I hear Stiles whine as he comes towards my room.

"He's got the triskele tattooed on his back." Scott replies.

"That's his mark, Dumbass." Stiles scoffs.

"What?" Scott dumbly asks and I can't help but laugh.

"Oh my God." Stiles groans. "It's not a tattoo. Neither is Lyrica's, neither is Isaac's. They're mate marks. Isaac's was originally on his hand, and now it's on his side. Shows that they belong together. Isaac's shows that he's part of a pack led by mates."

"Okay, well, there still has to be a way to do it without it healing, right?"

"I don't know. We can talk to Lyrica in Study Hall or something." Stiles sighs.

"Wait, you have her too?" Scott gasps.

"Yes, Dumbass." Stiles groans again. "She was nice enough to put us, Lydia, Allison, Isaac, and any other supernatural friend in her Study Hall together."

"Dude, I love your sister."

"Me too, Scotty. Me too."

I laugh as their conversation fades away, and continue on with my work.

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------

"Why didn't you tell me before?" I ask Melissa as she leads me and Scott through the hospital.

"Honestly, I was hoping I didn't have to." She says, referring to Scott. "And that I wouldn't need to let you know until it was time to release him."

"What do you mean?" Scott questions his mother.

"Everything that you've been doing- the extra reading, the summer school, saving up for the bike even though it scares me half to death- Honey, I just didn't wanna disrupt a good rhythm." She says to Scott.

"It's not gonna stop. I'm gonna be better this year. A better student, a better son, a better friend, a better everything. I promise." Scott replies, stopping us.

"Okay."

"While I love this mother-son bonding, I'd really like to know where mine is." I say with a sarcastic grin. "Now."

"He's in room 215 if he isn't already in surgery." Melissa quickly says.

"Thank you." I grin. Scott kisses his mother on the cheek and we run off to find Isaac.

We get in the elevator and just as the doors close, a cane stops them. Scott and I pull the doors back open and a blind man enters the elevator with us.

"Would you hit the button for the 2nd floor please?" He questions. I smell something off about him, so I quickly mask my scent and Scott's to make us appear human to any supernatural.

Scott hits the button again and I fight back a laugh at his awkwardness. The man thanks him and I mockingly grin at Scott. He mouths "shut up" to me and I fight back a laugh. We get to our floor, and the man stops us as we go to exit.

"You wouldn't mind helping me out for a second, would you?" He asks and I smile.

"No, not at all." I say, gently placing his hand on Scott's shoulder. We take the man where he needs to be, before rushing off to try to find Isaac.

We turn down a hall, finding a nurse wheeling a patient towards the elevator. We stop and watch as he pushes the patient in, revealing Isaac. I growl as the nurse turns to face us with a smirk. He presses the button to go to another floor as Scott and I shift, sprinting to the elevator.

I reach it in seconds and easily make it inside, attacking the werewolf. Scott makes it in seconds later, diving in and rolling on the ground. The werewolf shifts, revealing that he's an alpha. I stand in front of Isaac to make sure he's not injured while Scott attacks the alpha. Any second that Scott's down, I attack the werewolf, getting quite a few good hits in before Scott jumps in and tackles him. He throws Scott into the ceiling before lifting him up by the throat. He reaches out and sinks his claws into my ribs, preventing me from moving. I groan and grab his hand to prevent any further damage.

"Don't you realize what you're dealing with?" He asks. "I'm an alpha."

The elevator doors ding open and a set of claws is buried in the alpha's back.

"So am I." Derek seethes, picking him up and throwing him out of the elevator. Scott crashes to the floor and I grunt, clutching my bloody side. Derek turns to look at Scott. "Aren't you supposed to be in school?"

"Next time you try to let him go out like that, I'm gonna rip your throat out." I snarl, glaring at my husband. "With my teeth."

"Love you too." He replies before looking down at Isaac. "How's he doing?"

"On the outside, fine and asleep. Inside's a whole different story." I say, leaning down to run my fingers through Isaac's hair.

"Then we definitely need to hurry."

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------

Scott is on the phone with Stiles as we rush into the Old Hale house, Derek easily carrying Isaac. He places him on a table and I get him more comfortable while Derek goes looking for what we need.

"You don't still live here, do you?" Scott asks.

"Of course not, Dumbass." I snort, not looking up from Isaac.

"What is with you and Stiles calling me 'Dumbass'?" Scott questions.

"The county took it over, but there's something here that I need." Derek says, moving around wood and other debris. "It'll help heal a wound from an alpha."

"Yeah, but it did heal." Scott dumbly says, looking over at me and Isaac.

"Not on the inside." I say, looking up at him.

"Hey, are you gonna tell me who that was back there?" Scott asks after a moment of silence. "That alpha?"

"A rival pack." I answer as Derek looks at him.

"It's our problem." Derek takes over. "I know you want to help, and you did. I owe you one. Now go home. Go back to being a teenager."

"Hey, uh, Derek." Scott calls. "If you wanna pay back that favor now... there is something you can do for me."

Edit: May 18, 2020. This was a rather short chapter, too.
