ROUND 5. I think I forgot to put a song with the last chapter. I'll check after I publish this.

-Recap-

Isaac's face morphs into one of fear before we push him back down. After a moment, his struggling stops and we remove our hands, backing away from the tub. He floats to the surface and my hands shake until he lets out a breath, slowly taking in another. Derek's arm wraps around me and I move closer to his body, the chill from Isaac's bond seeping into me.

(Lyrica's P.O.V.)

"Now, remember, only I talk to him." Deaton's voice is slow and soft as he holds up a finger. "We'll use Lyrica if need be, but too many voices will confuse him and draw him out. Isaac? Can you hear me?"

"Yes." Isaac's voice is weak, but firm. "I can hear you."

"This is Dr. Deaton. I'd like to ask you a few questions. Is that all right?"

"Yes."

"I want to ask you about the night you found Erica and Boyd." Thunder booms outside. "I want you to remember it for me in as vivid detail as possible. Like you're actually there again."

"I-I don't wanna do that. I don't-I don't wanna do that. I don't wanna do that." The lights begin flickering and the boys move to hold him again.

"Isaac, it's all right. Just relax. They're just memories, you can't be hurt by a memory."

"I don't wanna do that."

"It's all right."

"I don't wanna do that." Deaton looks over at me and I move to Isaac, placing my hand on the side of his face.

"Relax." I say, my voice calm and gentle. He instantly reacts to it, no longer thrashing. "Relax."

"Good." Deaton nods. "Now let's go back to that night. To the place you found Erica and Boyd. Can you tell me what you see? Is there some kind of building? A house?"

"It's not- It's not a house." Isaac stutters. "It's stone. I think marble."

"That's perfect. Can you give me any other descriptors?"

"It's dusty. So empty."

"Like an abandoned building?" Thunder rumbles again and the lights flicker once more. "Isaac?"

"Someone's here. Someone's here." Isaac begins to panic, grabbing onto Scott's arm.

"Isaac, relax."

"No, no, no, they see me! They see me!" Isaac starts thrashing and lets out a frightened scream.

"Just memories. You won't be hurt by your memories. Just relax. Relax." Isaac calms down, no longer struggling. "Good. Now tell us what you see. Tell us everything."

"I hear him. He's talking about the full moon, about being out of control when the moon rises."

"Is he talking to Erica?"

"I think so, I can't-I can't see her." Isaac's teeth begin to chatter from the cold. "I ca-I can't see either of them."

"Can you hear anything else?"

"They're worried. They're worried what they'll do during the moon. They're... worried that they're gonna hurt each other."

"If they're locked in together on the full moon, they're gonna tear each other apart." Derek mutters.

"Isaac, we need to find them right now." I voice, scared for our betas. "Can you see them?"

"No."

"Do you know what kind of room it is? Is there any kind of a marker?" Deaton takes over once more. "A number on a door? A sign?" Isaac sits upright, eyes blown wide.

"They're here." He whispers. "They-They-" Isaac sinks back into the water.

"It's all right." Deaton calls.

"No."

"Just tell us-"

"They see me. They found me. They're here!"

"This isn't working." I glare at Deaton. "Isaac, where are you?"

"I can't see them. It's too dark!" Isaac shouts as the lights in the clinic go out. "I can't see!"

"Isaac, where are you?!" Deaton exclaims. "His heart rate-he could go into shock."

"A vault! A ban vault! I saw it!" Isaac screams, jumping out of the water. "I saw the name."

He moves to get out of the tub, and Derek and Scott help him while Deaton and I wrap him in towels.

"Where?" I ask, holding the towel around him.

"It's, uh, Beacon Hills First National Bank. It's, uhm- it's an abandoned bank, and they're keeping them locked inside, inside the vault." Isaac looks at our grim faces in confusion. "What?"

"You don't remember what you said right before you came out of it, do you?" Stiles sighs.

"No." Isaac shakes his head.

"You said when they captured you, that they dragged you into a room and that there was a body in it."

"What body?" Isaac asks, looking at me.

"Erica." Stiles answers. "You said it was Erica."

We spend an uncomfortable silence cleaning up and warming Isaac up. As soon as he's dried, he puts his shirt back on and I cover him in another blanket.

"She's not dead." Derek exclaims while pacing.

"Derek, he said, 'There's a dead body. It's Erica.'. Doesn't exactly leave us much room for interpretation." Stiles argues from where he's leaning against the counter that Isaac and I are sat on. He leans over to lay his head on my shoulder and I wrap my arm around him, not caring about his wet hair.

"Then who was in the vault with Boyd?!" Derek shouts.

"Someone else, obviously."

"And maybe it was the girl on the motorcycle." Scott adds. "Okay, the one who saved you?" He looks over at Isaac.

"No, she wasn't like us. And whoever was in the vault with Boyd was." Isaac says, obviously thinking hard about it.

"What if that's how Erica died? They, like, pit them against each other during the full moons and see which one survives. It's like werewolf thunder dome."

"Stiles, less enthusiasm." I sigh.

"Then we get them out tonight."

"Be smart about this, Derek." The veterinarian stops him. "You can't just go storming in."

"If Isaac got in, then so can we." I butt in.

"But he didn't get through a vault door, did he?"

"We need a plan." Scott says.

"How are we gonna come up with a plan to break into a bank vault in less than 24 hours?" Derek angrily asks the beta.

"Uh, I think someone already did." Stiles pipes up, looking down at his phone. "'Beacon Hills First National closes its doors three months after vault robbery.'. Doesn't say here how it was robbed, but it probably won't take long to find out."

"How long?" Derek questions my brother.

"It's the internet, Derek. Okay? Minutes." Stiles smirks.

Edit: May 18, 2020. I'm honestly pretty amused by myself because you can see when I start to get tired while writing because there's more spelling and grammar mistakes. This was definitely one of those chapters.
