-Recap-
"You're not the one who put the name on the doors, are you?" McCall asks and my heart stops.
"What name?"
"Argent."
(Lyrica's P.O.V.)
"The word is 'guardian', Allison. One I haven't exactly lived up to lately." Argent says, leading us into their apartment.
"But she took Scott's mother and Stiles and Mrs. Hale's father!" Allison protests. "That's not a coincidence."
"Yeah, and I'd also consider the fact that someone put your name up in large block letters on the elevator doors." I say.
"That kinda felt like a warning to me." Stiles nods.
"I think it might be Morrell. She knows a lot more than she lets on, and she might even be trying to help us." Allison walks up to us.
"Well, she needs to get on that a lot faster, okay? Seeing as how a lunar eclipse is less than 2 freaking nights away." Stiles sighs, going and sitting in a leather chair.
"Stiles, don't give up hope." Argent encourages and I roll my eyes.
"They could already be dead." Stiles mutters.
"I don't think so. There's something about Jennifer's tactics. It's like she's still positioning, still moving pieces into place."
"And you're one of them." Allison butts in.
"Actually, I'm not entirely sure about that." I say, remembering Jennifer's words in the classroom.
"What do you mean?" Stiles hopefully asks.
"In the classroom when Jennifer was trying to kill Lydia. She told me that I could fit into multiple categories for the sacrifices. Now I don't know about you, but I'm pretty sure I'm one hell of a parent and guardian."
"But she made it obvious she's coming for him next." Allison points to her father.
"So we use him as bait." I shrug. "And just before she nabs him, I'll interfere."
"Then let's not wait around for her next move." Argent nods. "If you're really willing to do this-"
"No." Stiles protests. "She already has our dad. She's not taking you, too."
"I'm doing this, Stiles. I can save them. I'm going to save them. I'll be alright." I turn to Argent. "Where do we start?"
"No, Lyrica!" Stiles exclaims. "I already lost our dad. Please, Lyrie. Don't do this. The plan will work fine without you sacrificing yourself. When that eclipse hits, you'll be powerless. Easy to kill. I only met you a few months ago, but I can't lose you."
"Stiles." I sigh, looking down at the floor before looking back up at him. "Fine. I won't do it. Argent, where do we start?"
"Everything she's done has been on a telluric current, so Melissa and the Sheriff have to be somewhere on one of those currents, right?" Argent explains, laying out a map. He stops and looks at Stiles. "Stiles. If we're gonna find them, we need your help."
"You seriously wanna go after her?" Stiles mutters. "I mean, what if she just takes you like the others, huh? No offense, but what's the difference between you and them?"
"I'm carrying a .45." Argent replies, loading a clip into the gun. "Maybe she can heal from a shot to the leg and a few slashes to the face, but personally, I'd like to see how she holds up with half her skull blown off." He puts the gun down. "We've got one priority right now, and that is to find Melissa and your dad. We've got a map and every clue we need to figure this out. The only thing we don't have is time, which is why I need all three of you."
