15: Hamon & The Chariot

Joseph had managed to land the plane safely. Not that you had any doubts... maybe a little. The point was, you were alive. He managed to safely land the plane near the coast of Hong Kong, so it didn't take long for help to arrive. Your group was currently near a food shop, waiting on Joseph to finish his call to the Speedwagon Foundation. You already knew what the call was about him getting a boat for the group to travel on, and making sure the crew was secure so no stand users were able to board. You look around the area, you were standing in. It was very different from everywhere else you had seen. You never really traveled so this was a new experience. The shopkeeper notices all of you standing around, and gets your attention hoping he would make some business.

"Hello, foreigners! Are you hungry? I have some really tasty rice porridge and hot cola! It's the perfect thing to eat if you're a tourist! If you're in Hong Kong you gotta try this! And you, pretty lady, if you order something I'll give you a free hot cola!"

Kakyoin is the first to speak up, "Rice porridge, eh? Interesting..."

'Hehe. I should mess with Kakyoin right now.'

"Hey, Kakyoin. Did you know that unlike in Japan, rice porridge is a staple food in Hong Kong? You should try it the popular way, with pork and a century egg." You turn to the shopkeeper, "You know, hot cola is pretty gross. It's supposed to be cold!"

Kakyoin gets your attention. "Wha- How! How did you know what I was gonna say? It's like you took the words right out of my mouth!" Kakyoin was extremely shocked. Well of course he was, you literally repeated exactly what he said in the show, minus the cola part.

"What are you talking about Kakyoin?" You say with a smile across your face.

"I, uh, you... nevermind..."  He looked so lost, like a little puppy.

"Awww Kakyoin! I didn't mean to steal your thunder, let me make it up to you. Let me get you some food." You were struggling so hard to keep a straight face. He looked so cute right now! And not to mention this was funny as hell! You were about to order some food when Kakyoin stopped you.

"Hey! You paid last time! It's my turn. But I know a way you could make it up to me."

'Oh? What's this?'

"Sure. What do you want?"

He opens up his arms. You blush. Did he want a hug? You go to hug him and he swings you around.

"Ah! Kakyoin! Put me down!" You say while giggling like a schoolgirl. He eventually does and you feel dizzy. You finally come back down to earth and you can see straight again. You look at Jotaro and he was frowning a bit.

'What's up with this guy? He must be hungry.'

"That's payback! Now let's eat," he turns to the shopkeeper. "I'll take two of the rice porridge, the popular way. What do you guys want? I'm paying" he says to Jotaro and Avdol. Avdol begins to order and he's interrupted by Joseph yelling.

"Hey! What are you guys trying to eat? We're going to my friend's shop."

The shopkeeper speaks up, not wanting to lose business, "Hey you're a dandy guy! Want to try some hot cola?"

"HOT? THAT'S GROSS! EVERYONE KNOWS COLA IS SUPPOSED TO BE COLD!" Joseph yells in frustration.

"That's what I said!" You tell Joseph.

Joseph smiles at you and pulls you into a head lock and gives you a nuggie. "Haha. You are one smart lass." He turns to Jotaro while releasing you and he holds your shoulder, "Jotaro, you need to find yourself a girl like Y/n here. She's smart, pretty, and she obviously has a good taste for things." You instantly blush harder.
