Blue's Perspective: "C'mon Ink, at least take a lil' sip," I urged as I pressed the colourful vial to my friend's lips. His only reply was to stubbornly turn his skull away. I groaned in frustration, my usually high level of patience running thin. "Ink please, you're scaring me," I said and thought a saw of flash of guilt in his eye lights; it was gone before I could do anything about it though.

Dream was watching from afar, his arms crossed upon his chest and a foot nervously tapping the ground. I held the vial up to Ink one last time before giving up and walking over to Dream, who sighed as he saw me approach.
"It's no use Dream, he really doesn't wanna," I said hopelessly, concern eating away at my SOUL. Dream frowned as he studied me, eye lights flicking towards Ink then to the doorway.
"Why don't you go get (n/n), she might be able to knock some lick o' sense into him," he said and I perked up at the mention of (y/n), giving him a quick nod of affirmation before swiftly turning on my heel and running out of the room.

I made my way into the main hall and skidded to a stop outside (y/n)'s bedroom, taking a moment to collect myself. the last thing I wanted was to burst in and startle her when she might be doing something. I forced a cheery smile onto my face despite the apprehension I felt and knocked on her door.
"Sweetie, can I talk to you for a sec?" I called blinking when I didn't hear an answer. "(y-y/n)?" I piped, nervously knocking on the door again.
'I haven't upset her, have I?!'
"(y/n), is something wrong?" I said, going against my better judgement and opening the door. I was faced with an empty room, making me raise an eyebrow.
'Maybe she's in the library?'

I tried to shake the uneasy feeling off as I approached the library and peeked inside. I bit my lip as I found it empty.
"S-Stay calm Blue, maybe she went to get a drink!" I reasoned with myself, hurriedly going to the kitchen.

A figurative knot formed in my throat as I found the kitchen empty as well. A sinking feeling took root in my stomach, making me feel like I was about to throw up.
'Where is she?! How can I... - her phone!'

I triumphantly grinned as I pulled my phone out of my back pocket and called her, holding the device close to me skull.
"C'mon sweetie, pick up, pick up, pick up," I mumbled under my breath as I heard it ringing. One. Twice. Three times.

Click.

"(y/n)! Oh thank God, where are you, did you go outside or something?" I said, letting go of a breath I hadn't realised I had been holding. A mumble sounded from the other end. My happy smile fell, my grip tightening around my phone. "(y-y-y/n)?"
"Turn that thing off! We don't need them finding us!" I heard a harsh whisper and flinched as the sound of a slap was carried through the receiver.
"Will you calm the fuck down? Jesus..." Came the annoyed reply. I blinked at the voices... for some unknown reason, they sounded oddly familiar.
"For fuck's sake. Will you two just can it already? And hang up, you dumb bastard! He can hear us!"

Click.

'What... was... that?'

Dread. That was the only word I could say to describe how I was feeling at that moment. Pure unboding dread. Someone had (y/n) and they didn't sound friendly. At. All.

I was suddenly hit with a sense of hysteria and raced back into the room where Dream and Ink were waiting, frantically slamming the door open - only feeling slightly bad as I heard it crash against the wall.
"Dream, DREAM! (y/n)'s not in her room - or ANYWHERE in the castle! I-I can't find her!" I gasped from the exertion of running here. Ink flinched at my shout and released Dream's wrist as he turned towards me. I opened my mouth to question his actions but was cut off by Dream.
"(y-y/n)'s missing?"
