Yeah, yeah. I know I haven't done anything with this book in forever but this idea suddenly came to me and I was really tempted to get it down lmao

Nightmare explained his plan to you and you eagerly nodded in agreement. He gave you an approving smile and patted your shoulder before leaving the library to go get the others. He stopped by the door and turned around to give you one last look.

"Don't get too mushy round me, okay?"

You smiled sadly as Nightmare left the room, sitting down to await the trio.

It thankfully didn't take too long and they all stood in front of you with curious expressions.

"(y/n), Nightmare said you had something to talk to us about?" Ink said and you nodded, clearing your throat before you began talking.

"Yes, there's something very important that I have to talk about with all three of you," you said simply, locking eyes with each one of them. "So if you don't mind... could I tell you guys something?"

The three looked between each other, surprised at your sudden statement but eventually agreed, nodding their heads and listening to what you had to say.

You took in a deep breath before standing up, fixing the skeletons with a calm gaze.

"I wanted to let you all know how much I care about you. You've all shown me so much love and kindness since the day we met." You looked into each of their eye lights to assure you had their full attention. "Dream, you are so positive and kind. I know I can always turn to you if I'm having a bad day. I love how supportive you are of me and others, you're a great role-model for the people of your AU." You saw their faces contort with confusion at what was happening but stayed quiet and respected your decision. This put a small smile on your face as you turned to Blue. "Blueberry, you are the sweetest, most adorable skeleton I have ever met! I always love the time we spend together; I love training with you. You have great potential Blue, never change." Last of all, you turned to Ink, finding some amusement in the trio's puzzled expressions. "And Ink, you are such a hard worker and I love seeing all of your artwork. Even with a scatterbrain like yours, you remember things about me that sometimes even I forget! I can admire that. Just... don't work yourself too hard."

Nightmare was leaning against the wall near the doorway, letting out a low chuckle at how lost the skeletons before him seemed to be.

"You boneheads really haven't figured it out yet?" he purred slightly, coming over and pulling you into him by your waist. His smirk widened at the envious looks the trio shot him, reveling in their shocked reactions as he kissed the side of your head.

"Brother!"

"Hey!"

"W-WAIT A MINUTE!"

"Brother, you cannot just do that without permission! Have you considered that maybe (y/n) doesn't want to be with you?" Dream scolded, placing his hands on his hips. You couldn't help but laugh, piquing the positive Spirit's interest. "What?"

"Oh boys, you really are boneheads," you said happily, shooting Nightmare a smile before coming over to them with a smirk on your lips. "I want all of you."

The room was suddenly filled with an intense silence. You found a source of delight in seeing the three skeleton's skulls light up with their discolored blushes.

"W-Wait so you..."

"Want to..."

"So, like a polyamorous relationship?" All four of you turned to face Blueberry as he spoke up, his head tilted to the side curiously. You shot the shortest a soothing smile, nodding in affirmation. His eye lights seemed to light up at this and he came towards you, wrapping his arms around you in a warm hug. "That's perfectly fine with me, mweh heh! Just as long as I get some alone time with you once in a while~"

You blushed as his voice dropped, taking on a deeper tone as he grinned at you. You instantly returned the smile, with it only widening as you felt another set of arms wrap around your middle.

"Well, like I showed before, I'm fine with it as well and like Blue said, if you take some time for me I'll be happy." Nightmare kissed the side of your neck, a slight purr leaving his throat. "As long as I get to claim what's rightfully mine."

Dream slowly walked over to the three of you, cupping the side of your face to make you look at him. His eye lights were shining stars and you instantly got lost within their gaze as an excited smile crossed his face.

"Well, this is certainly not what I expected but I can't say I'm disappointed with it. You don't just have to limit your love to just one person; you can love as many as you like, it's your decision," he said giving you a fond smile before leaning in to capture your lips with an affectionate kiss. You melted into it, enjoying the feeling of his hands on your face while Blue and Nightmare continued to cuddle you between them.

"Uh..." All four of you turned towards the last remaining skeleton, who was awkwardly fidgeting in place. You gave Ink a small smile, ushering the other boys off of you to head towards him.

"You don't have to do this Ink, no-one is forcing you," you said gently, taking one of his hands in yours. His eye lights lifted to meet yours, his blush darkening considerably.

"N-No, I want to... I'm just not used to this sort of thing... I never thought I'd have to admit that I..." He trialed off as he looked between Dream and Blueberry, who simply looked between one another with knowing smiles, swallowing thickly. He eventually let out a long breath, pulling you in for a deep kiss that you eagerly accepted. You grinned into it as you felt him hitch your legs p to wrap around his waist, feeling his hands ever-so-slightly grace your backside.

"Hey now Ink, remember that we have to share," Nightmare said coyly, coming to your right side to lean in and nibble at your neck. Dream came up on your left, gripping one of your hands and bringing it up to his mouth to adore the limb with light pecks. Finally, Blue wrapped his arms around you from behind, nuzzling into the back of your head with a content purr.

Yeah, you felt like this was going to work out...

Whoooo it's finally done! Lord, this was a fun one to write (mostly because it's the route I'd go with lol) I mean, how you can resist these boios ;-;

I will admit, Dream's dialogue may or may not have been a bit of a rant about how some polyamorous people are treated - myself included unfortunately >.>
