Your Perspective: You desperately fought against the binds holding you, wanting to take your chance to escape while the Shattered Sanses weren't present. You quietly growled as the rope rubbed against your wrists. It hurt like Hell but you were determined to leave.

"C'mon, c'mon!" You grit your teeth as you vigorously pulled against the rope, feeling it begin to loosen. "Got it! Just a bit more."

"What are you doing?" You yelped at the sudden voice, going pale as you looked up to see 'Ink' staring back at you. You swallowed thickly and attempted to move your body so you could hide the progress you had made from getting out of the ropes.

"N-Nothing," you said quickly, cursing yourself for the stutter. Hopefully, he wouldn't notice. 'Ink' raised an eyebrow at you and stepped closer tilting his head curiously, making him look a bit like an intrigued puppy. You kept that thought to yourself, even though he couldn't feel emotions you were still weary of angering him.

"Didn't really look like nothing," he eventually said, slowly circling you until he stood behind you. You could practically feel the glare he was giving the ropes making your muscles tense. You jumped as he clamped his hands firmly onto your shoulders and lent forward so he could look at you. You blanched at the small smirk that was on his face. "Nice try," he said before untying the ropes and walking away. You stared at him in shock, his actions confusing you.

"Wha-"

"You're coming with me. Whether you want to or not, I don't care. Move," he interrupted your questioning and beckoned for you to follow him. You swiftly obeyed, rubbing your wrists to get some feeling back into them as you followed 'Ink' out of the small room. You trotted behind his back having a feeling he wouldn't want you at his side. You held your tongue as the two of you walked down a hallway, keeping your head down. "Stay quiet," 'Ink' said after a while and you nodded in understanding. You were still confused about what exactly he was doing but you didn't dare question him in fear of what he might do to you for disobedience.

You weren't expected it when he abruptly stopped and accidentally crashed into his back. You were quick to step back and attempt to apologize but all that left your mouth was a muffled squeak as 'Ink' pushed you up against the wall and clamped his hand over your mouth. He held a finger up to his own - a signal to stay quiet. You nodded again blushing at how close your faces were; you were barely a few centimeters apart. You flicked your eyes over to where 'Ink' was intently staring and they widened as you saw 'Dream' and 'Blue' standing there.

"I've notified Nightmare of our success, he should be here soon to collect the girl," 'Dream' said with a sinister smirk crossing his face. 'Blue' huffed crossing his arms in a childish pout.

"It's a shame we can't keep her; we could have so much fun," 'Blue' chirped happily, clasping his face in his hands as a lustful glow shone in his half-lidded eye sockets. 'Dream' shook his skull pinching the top of his nasal bridge.

"Berry, focus Goddamnit. We said we'd get her for Nightmare - that was the deal!" 'Dream' snapped back making 'Blue' growl.

"Alright, fine! Jeez," 'Blue' said tiredly, slumping in defeat. 'Dream' sighed crossing his arms firmly over his chest.

"Let's just get Verse and get this over with!"

'Dream' and 'Blue' walked away, which made 'Ink' release his hold on you and step back. You looked at him curious about his motive.

"What are you doing, why are you trying to help me?" you said narrowing your eyes at him. He looked back at you blankly before shrugging.

"Truth be told, I don't really want you here. And I don't want to hand you over to Nightmare either." He took your hand and began leading you once more. You followed him a bit more eagerly now that you knew he wanted to help you escape.

"Why?" you queried, a spark of hope blossoming in your chest that he might not be all that bad. 'Ink' shrugged again looking at you from over his shoulder.

"Honestly, I don't know."

...

He stopped at one hallway and quickly scanned the surroundings before pointing upward.

"There. That's your way out," he said and you followed his phalange until you spotted a window high above the two of you.

"Um... How the Hell am I meant to get up there?!" you said giving the emotionless monster a frustrated glare. 'Ink' blinked back at you before sighing and raising his hand.

You felt a 'ping' within your chest and gradually felt yourself begin to rise upwards. You couldn't help but let out a small yelp of surprise as you saw your SOUL in front of you, except it was now blue - controlled by 'Ink's' magic. He softly placed you back down on the window sill and continued to watch as you turned around and opened the window. You were about to step out when you turned back around and gave him a cheerful wave.

"Goodbye Inky, thank you," you called and swore you saw a light blush dust his cheekbones as he gave you an awkward wave in return. You smiled and turned back around, hopping out the window onto the rooftop and running as fast as you could as far as you could.

You eventually dropped down onto the floor, already excited to make your way back to the Star Sanses. Your eyes widened as you saw a familiar figure waiting a few feet from where you standing before your gaze softened and you gave them a welcome smile.

"Fancy seeing you here..."
