Pleaser To Meet You

Chapter #3

Date, September 11th, 4052
Me again Ember Rose here to bore you some more. Well more or less tell you more about that girl that I met in the park. Sage. Yeah her. Well after she cleaned herself off she left the bathroom and just stood there. She was staring at the floor not saying anything. I cleared my throat and said.
"What?"
I said it kind of not in a worried tone but not in a stern one, I think it just mixed a little. She quietly said.
"I should go"
She pointed at the door still staring at the ground. Then started to fiddle with her hands. I took a deep breath then grabbed her muddy stack of papers and walked over to her. Then said.
"Well if you need to here are your papers and you know where I live so your free to stop by anytime."
After I said that with a small smile on my face she looked up. She smiled also and grabbed her stack of papers. I followed her to the door and opened it for her. I heard the rain pouring outside and frowned a little. This poor girl had to walk in the rain for who knows how long.
"I'm sorry I cant offer you a ride"
She stopped right outside my door and said.
"Dont worry about me, I will be fine"
She chuckled at the end and started to walk off. She is right I should not worry about her but I just can not stop it. I mean I did find her outside in a park with blood all over her face and crying. I haft to worry.
I walked back inside and looked at the time it was already like 5PM since when. I left around 12 PM what happened that took so long. I decided to look for some food. So I opened the cabinet and only saw top ramen. God I'm just as bad as a college student. I made the top ramen and put it in my only glass bowl. I went over to my bed and ate it. I did not have a tv so I just stared at the wall having my mind ramble with wants and dreams.
Once I was done I walked back in the kitchen and put my bowl in the sink. I looked around my small apartment and decided to clean because it was really dirty. I swept it and cleaned the kitchen counters then I made my small little bed. By the time I was done it was 9PM so I decided to clean my face and brush my teeth. I was ready for bed now. So I walked over to my small twin bed and layed down. I let my body relax and let my body sink in. I closed my eyes and tried to fall asleep but I was not even tired. All I could think about was Sage. Was she okay? Did she make it home? Why was she so bloody? Those were things I could not answer and it ate away at me all night. All I could hear were her soft sobs. When I fell alseep I dreamt of her too. She was not bloody or crying but laughing and dancing around with a gun in her hand. I called out her name. She heard it and turned around. She held the gun up to her temple and pulled the trigger. I closed my eyes and screamed.
Then I woke up crying. The salty little tears trailed down my face as I sat up. My body felt like a thousand pounds. My head was pounding. I could still hear the rain outside in the cold night. So I just closed my eyes and listened. Before I knew it I fell alseep again.
