As Shadow chased after Rouge, Silver and Sonic continued to glare at each other. "Silver said he's in." Sonic randomly blurted out. Blaze looked at Silver with disgust and shock. He gave Sonic the finger before he looked back at Blaze.

"What the hell is it then..." She said in slight anger. "I just said I would do it. There's not even a guarantee we are going in!" Silver said. "And there's no guarantee you're coming out alive!!!" Blaze shouted.

"C'mon baby girl. Let's go outside." Amy grabbed Cream's hand, then led her out the room. The gazes instantly went back to Silver. "You're not going." Blaze said. "And that's final." "Blaze! You just don't understand this!! We are protecting the very city we love! Risking one life is worth it!!" Silver shouts back.

"... But not t-to me.." Blaze begins to cry. She runs straight to him, and cries into him. "Better not go Silv." Sonic grinned. "Shut the hell up Sonic. You got us into this anyway." Silver said loudly. "Oh did I now? Or did you start all this when you agreed with Shadow?" He said smarty.

"No, it started because you never even tried, TO SAVE SHADOW!!!" Silver yelled. "I WAS PROTECTING YOUR DUMBASS!!!... And now I see that was a mistake." Sonic said. Everyone in the room gasped. "Sonic!!" Sally yelled. "Sorry baby, but it's true." Sonic said.

Silver then stood up. He sat Blaze back down in the seat he was in. Right as he stood up, he picked Sonic up with his Psychokinesis, and threw him straight through the large glass door. Everyone ducked down as glass flew everywhere. Silver started fast walking over to Sonic in the hallway.

"Oh... You wanna play asshole.." Sonic grinned, as he wiped the blood from his mouth. He got straight up and punched Silver in the face, knocking him down. He went over to kick Silver, but he grabbed Sonic by the leg, and threw him through the window.

He fell 4 stories down, on to a smaller roofed building. Silver flew straight down to continue the beating. But when he landed, Sonic threw a scrap of the roof at Silver. He was too late to catch it, so it hit him in the stomach. As he bent over Silver came and roundhouse kicked him to the side of the head.

"AAAAHHHH!!!!" He screamed in pain As he held the wounded gash on his forehead. "Don't start shit you can't end Silver." Sonic said, as he was about to punch him again. Silver saw Sonic all blurry, because of the huge hit to the head.

"Like when you *cough cough* punched me at the house in the rain? Like when you gave up on saving Shadow? Like when you lead Swift to the house? Face it S-Sonic... You caused all these p-problems, and caused all this pain. It's all your fault." Silver finally said.

Silver slowly and painfully stood up, with his quills wilted down with rain pouring down upon them. The two were at opposite ends of the building, staring each other down. "Still trying to act the hero, huh Silver? It's all you ever tried to be. But never became." Sonic said.

"A hero? Like you? Face it Sonic, you're a pride-driven hedgehog. Everything so special about you is just your ego." Silver truthfully said. Silver and Sonic continued to stare with pure hate. "Let's end this..." Sonic said angrily. "I agree..." Silver said.

Silver's fist started to glow a bluish green. Then, was shocked at what he saw Sonic do. Sonic pulled out a golden power ring from his side bag, and held it. It started glowing, and did Sonic. Silver slowly started walking towards him, then sped up.

Sonic then did the same. And just like that... Their fists made contact.

The girls all saw Shadow run back with Rouge. "Shadow!!! Take control of this shit!!!" Nicole yelled. "What the hell happened here?!?!" He yelled as he looked around with shock. "Mr. Sonic and Mr. Silver are trying to kill each other!!!" Cream cried.

"WHAT!!!" Shadow yelled with shock. Then, they saw a big glowing orange and blue light. It got bigger and bigger by the second, and had the roar of an explosion. Everyone ducked down in cover, as it got bigger. Then in a snap, it ended.

"What the hell was that!!!" Amy yelled, as they all stood back up. They looked around at each other, then finally figured it out. "No.." Sally cried, as she put her hands over her mouth. They stood up, then ran to the stairs. "I got this." Shadow said, as he let go of Rouge.

"Chaos Control!" He yelled, as he teleported away.

On the rainy roof of the building, a green static light, and Shadow appeared. When he looked around, his eyes grew 3 times the usual size. The building was almost completely destroyed. The roof caved in, in some parts. Glass and ruble was everywhere.

"Silver!! Sonic!!" He yells. No response. He jumped through one of the holes, into the building. He ran around looking for the two beaten hedgehogs. None of the rooms, had the two ex-friends. He went back to the roof, rechecking if he missed them.

But then, he saw a small pile of concrete and metal. He quickly dashed over to it. He started picking the pieces off, and saw a blood covered arm. It was Sonic. "No.." He whispered in defeat to himself. He quickly got the rest of the pieces off of him, then picked him up.

"Gotta get him to the infirmary." Shadow said, as he looked back up at the GUN building. He teleported back in, but he didn't see the girls first. He went straight to the medics. A nurse saw him running, and ran towards him.

"Get him in the infirmary! Now!" Shadow yelled. She nodded, then signaled a group of doctors to run towards him with a gurney. They carefully sat him down on it. "Please... Take care of him." Shadow said to the nurse, as the ran off.
