Taking Action

"You son of a bitch!!" Silver charges at Sonic. As did Sonic at Silver. Shadow got in between the two, then kept Silver from going any further. Sally stopped Sonic from dashing off at him. "What the hell are you doing!?!" Blaze shouted in confusion and slight anger.

Both boys quit trying to kill each other. "This fraud was going to give up on looking for you! Then like nothing, he punched me out of nowhere!" Silver said in fury. "Nicole saw the whole damn thing!" He finished. "Where is Nicole?" Sally asked.

"Right here." Nicole said, as she teleported right in front of them. "Nicole... Is this all true?" Amy asked. "*sigh*... Yes.." She said in defeat. Everyone turned their attention to Sonic. "Silver is the closest you have to a brother... And you punched him..?" Sally said in shock.

Sonic nodded. "I can't believe this.." Shadow said, even he was shocked. "Oh my god! You're alive!" Nicole said, finally figuring out Shadow was there. "Yes... I'm alive.." He said as he grabbed the bridge of his nose in annoyance.

"Please stop fighting..." They heard the adorable little voice. They looked down at Cream. She was crying. "P-please stop Mr. Sonic.." She wept. "It's okay baby girl." Sally said as she picked her up. Sonic and Silver both still have each other dirty looks.

They stopped darting after each other, then walked to their girlfriends. "Okay girls, I need to talk to these two. Alone." Shadow said sternly. "Just... Please keep them from killing each other.." Rouge said as she walked out with the rest.

Once they were out, Shadow shut and locked the door. He turned around and looked at the two in disappointment. "Gone for 5 months.... And all this happens.." He sighs. "You two are guardians of Mobius for gods sake!!" Shadow finally yelled.

Shadow tried to keep off the subject so he wouldn't get pissed again. "*sigh*... The girls told me everything that happened with Swift." He said. Both boys' eyes grew 2 sizes. "If I would have known he was behind all this shit, I would have been here earlier." Shadow said.

"What all did they tell you?" Silver asked, finally losing his glare off Sonic. "Enough to know you almost died in the Mall explosion." Shadow sighed. Silver looked down in defeat. "Speaking of the bastard, we have his location pinpointed." Shadow finished.

"Where is he!!" Sonic yelled. "He's in Soleanna. We will have men on the ground in 4 days there." Shadow explained. "Why not just send them now??" Sonic asked. "You didn't hear did you.." Shadow said in a low and anguish tone.

"Soleanna... Is completely overrun now. It's nothing but Swift's fortress.." He said. "Overrun?!" Silver and Sonic both yelled, then glared at each other. "That's where we come in. The three of us along with others, will wing suit into the city, unnoticed. When the storm hits, we should be like ghosts in the rain." He said.

"I am not going back to war Shadow! I'm so glad you're still alive, and we all missed you! But, our lives are finally back together!" Sonic exclaimed. "Sonic... I'm sorry but we have no choice. We are the only ones capable, and ready to do it." Shadow argued.

"I'm in." Silver butted in. Sonic looked at him like he was insane. "You're in?!" Sonic said in shock. "Yeah. And you're not stopping me." Silver said, as he stood up. "You're not going!!" Sonic yelled to him, as he stood up and got in front of him at super speed.

"Are you gonna stop me?" Silver said, as he smacked Sonic's hand away. "C'mon, let's go a few rounds. I'm not afraid to hit a wuss." Sonic said angrily. "And I'm not afraid to hit a self obsessed prick." Silver said with a snarl.

"Knock it the hell off!!!" Shadow finally yelled. Sonic looked at Silver, then pushed him away. "Get everyone else back in here." Shadow said. Sonic then unlocked the door and opened it. Everyone piled back in. Including Knuckles and Shade.

"So... How'd it go?" Knuckles asked, with a slight grin. They all saw Sonic and Silver still glare at each other evilly. "Alright then." Knuckles said again. "Stop it." Shade whispered, as she punched him in the chest.

"Shut it Knuckles. Girls, I have to tell you something, but you won't like it." Shadow said. "What is it..?" Amy asked, in confusion and interest. Shadow sighed deeply, as he sat down ready to tell the girls the bad news.

*BOOMM* The pistol sounded, as Swift shot another one of his own men. "WHO THE HELL, IS RESPONSIBLE FOR LETTING THEM STEAL THE PRISONERS!!!!!" Swift yells in anger. "I take full responsibility sir." The soldier said honestly.

Swift turned back around split second to face his army, then shot the soldier right away. "BOOOMMM!!" It sounded. The soldier fell down, right I'm front of the nervous men. "Those bastards escaped my grasp... Where the hell are they!!!!" He yells.

"Check the tracker on the vehicle #. You'll find it there." A soldier suggested. "Smart idea... Captain! Track their location and report to me." Swift demanded. "Yessir." He nodded, then looked on the hand held device. "Sir... They're at GUN." He said.

"Ah yes... GUN." He chucked in delight. "Sir, aren't you going to do anything?" The captain said. "No need. They know of my location, data, and plans on the city. They will send their men eventually. Until then... We wait." Swift commanded.

"Understood." He said. "Oh and Captain..." Swift paused. "... Seal off the city.." He said, as he looked out the skyscraper into the destroyed city. The captain nodded, then evilly grinned. Then as the captain left Swift to himself , Swift watched as buildings and skyscrapers collapsed and tipped over.

"HELL NO!!!" Sally yells in anger. "Sally... This is the only wa- "NO IT'S NOT THE ONLY WAY!!!! WHY CAN'T YOU JUST SEND SOLDIERS OR SOMETHING TO DO IT!!!" Sally cut him off. "For the same reason we nearly got his ass the first time. We're the only ones who can do it." He said.

"How the hell will this even work with Silver and Sonic at each other's throats??" Shade asked. "It's gonna work. Even if I have hold their hands, this. Will. Work." Shadow states solidly. "Just stay off my back weed head." Sonic said to Silver.

"Sonic!!" Sally yelled. "Only if you keep off my ass blue queer." Silver insulted. "Silver!!" Blaze yelled. "Oh this is gonna work out great..." Knuckles said.
"The hell it is! You all still aren't gonna go!!" Rouge shouts. "We've went over this a thousand times baby. We. Have. To." Shadow sighed.

"You are not!!! This is the first time we've seen you in months!!! On top of that, we thought you were dead!!" Rouge yelled, beginning to shed tears. She then ran off, out of the gathered room. "Damn it. Baby!" He said, as he stood up. He then ran out the room after her.
