"This just in, mayor Holden is resigning his position this evening. New campaigns are rising as the search for a new mayor starts." Some reporter said at she faced the camera.
Jerome sighed changing the channel.
"Do you hear that Rose? What a bunch of bull shit." He said to his daughter who was awake in his arms.
"I would be a great mayor wouldn't I." His baby voice was heard as he kissed her tiny nose.
Still he continued to speak "Killing and torturing all the people of Gotham. Doesn't that sound fun Rosalie?"
"Far from it." Cordelia spoke as she took the baby from Jerome.
She's been staying ever since to help around the house. Jerome let her stay because, one he needed the help, and two she had no place to stay.
They still had no luck with finding Myrtle, and no clues on the group. Which made Jerome's temper even worse.
He made a promise to Cordelia, and Josettes family that he would kill anyone who was involved or knew about the attack, so far that was going no where.
Cordelia has been doing side research on her own. Finding out nothing more about the attack but she found something else. Though she had to keep it to herself until she knew more.
The witch rocked the baby back and forth slightly. "So when's the big move?" She asked tilting her head.
Jerome tilted his head and got up from the couch "who told you?"
"My boyfriend. You know your right hand man?" Cordelia sails rolling her brown eyes.
With a fake smile Jerome spoke "well as my right hand man he shouldn't be opening his mouth."
Cordelia shot a glare at him, wanting the ginger to answer her question.
"Jeez. We're moving in a couple days. To many people know we're here. Best if we move, it's safer."
"What about me?" Cordelia asked
"What the fuck do you mean what about you? Your coming too. I would think as a witch you would be smarter..."
Cordelia rolled her eye but gave a smile "thanks...for letting me stay."
Jerome smiles and patted her head "No problem blondie. We have a perfect room for you in the maids quarters." He joked.
"Ha ha very funny."
Fixing his hair Jerome reached for his keys.
Cordelias face scrunched up in confusion "where are you going?"
"Well it's about time to wreak havoc on Gotham. So that's where I'm going. I'll be back in no time." He told her giving his daughter a kiss on her small forehead.
