"Hey ginger." Josette greeted leaning on the set of lockers, looking up at him with a smirk. The 16 year old boy drooled at the sight of her in her cheerleading uniform that showed off her figure perfectly.

Trying to brush it off he smiled and looked down at her "Hey." For a second he glared at her playfully "Aren't you supposed to be at the field?" He teased knowing that it was rare whenever she skipped a class. "I am...but I wanted to hang out with you. Plus I hate cheerleading, my mom makes me."

Jerome gave a nod "So I've been told." Taking a hold of her hand he began to walk her to the vacant gym. "What's the move doll face? Hot make out session that leads to erotic sex? Or get snacks at the corner store?" Jerome asked jokingly although he wasn't really joking to be honest. 'Hot make out session.' She answered quickly in her mind. "Let's go get snacks." Her mouth spat out. He wasn't surprised at all.

The back doors to the gym swung open immediately revealing their ticket to freedom. It was so easy to ditch, no one really cared, it was honestly sad, but came in their favor at this moment.

"How's your mom? Horrible I hope." Josette said keeping her head looking straight forward. "She's fine, sadly. Don't worry maybe all the diseases she's catching will kill her eventually." Turns out the diseases didn't kill her, it was her own son.

The bell on the door rang when the two walked in the small shop, looking over a wide variety of food and drinks. "Hey great another Mikaelson!" The old cashier yelled making both the teens laugh. "Hi Mr. Romano, hows your wife?" Josette asked as she walked through the aisle, her eyes focused of finding her snack. "Ugly as ever." He snickered making Josette shake her head.

After about five minutes of looking around they placed all their items on the table. "Please kids whatever you do, don't get married. It sucks. Trust me." The old man said with a thick Italian accent as he scanned the items. "Wasn't planning on it." Jerome said with confidence. "Good." The man said firmly.

"It doesn't seem that bad Mr. Romano"
Josette said shrugging her shoulders. "Why are you so goddamn optimistic Mikaelson?" He asked shaking his head. "Because the world seems less gloomy that way." Jerome rolled his eyes and scoffed. "Why does it suck?" Josette asked the man leaning slightly over the counter. "Because she annoys the hell out of me. When in met her she was the most perfect lady. Then boom she gets knocked up at 16, I marry her, four kids later she's nagging at me nonstop." He ranted, Jerome and Josette hid their urge to laugh.

The short man reached over the counter to grab a pack of condoms "As a matter of fact, take these, they're on the house. You two look like you need them." As he slammed them on the counter Josette laughed and looked at Jerome. "Oh we're not together..." She spoke quickly glancing at the two men. "Hmm well I'll be damned." The man said visibly a bit shocked.
