Josette tossed and turned in her bed trying to find a comfortable position to sleep in, it was impossible. Jerome had already fallen asleep and the girl was scared to wake him up.

The girl had been feeling a slight pain in her stomach that was only getting worse. She look up the ceiling taking deep breaths.

Josette held her stomach closing her eyes trying to ignore the pain but it wasn't going anywhere, but the extreme discomfort was still present.

Jerome noticed the girls constant movement and breathing. He lazily woke up turning on his side facing his girlfriend who obviously was in pain. A small tear rolled down her cheek.

"Are you alright doll?" He asked sitting up. "My stomach hurts." She replied. Josette thought it would be alright to sit up but sadly she was wrong. Once she tried she gasped and winced Jerome gently pushed her back down onto the bed.

The ginger carefully pulled her close, her head on his chest as she was groaning. "Where does it hurt?" He asked looking down at her. "My stomach and my back." She breathed out.

Jerome slid to her back and began to massage a small area. Josette face stayed nuzzled into his  neck. "I'm gonna go get Sylvia okay?" He informed breaking their embrace giving her a kiss on the forehead.

The girl looked up at her. "No! She's sleeping!" Josette warned. "I don't give a fuck if she's sleeping. I'm worried about you and my kid." Jerome told her before walking out.

The girl grabbed a pillow putting it in between her legs and laid on her left side for a while.

"Hey sweetheart." Sylvia greeted calmly walking in with Jerome behind her. Josette turned her head seeing the poor lady in a night gown. "I'm so sorry I didn't want him to wake you up." She whispered. "Nonsense. Don't apologize dear this is my job. Now let's get you up and down to the basement."

Sylvia gently grabbing Josette arm tried to get her to sit up but Josette would resist. "No I can't it hurts!" She cried. The old woman looked at her "You can, can you try one more time?" Josette gave vigorous nods. "No. I can't." She breath out changing her mind.

Once they finally got Josette to sit up, Jerome helped her out of bed wrapping an arm around her to support his girlfriends body.

The three carefully walked down the stairs as Josette quietly groaned, trying to control her breathing. "I'm dying!" Josette hysterically yelled. "You're not dying." Jerome said rolling his eyes as they went down into the basement walking through the bed that Jerome's men slept in.

They arrived in a back room which was where Josette always went to get check ups. She laid down in the medical bed as Sylvia raised up the girls silk night dress.

She put gel on her stomach going straight to an ultrasound. "Just trying to see if anything's wrong with the baby." The old lady breathed out.

She looked for minutes, nothing. Everything looked normal for the child. "She's doing great in there. Nothing wrong." Josette shot up instantly regretting it. "She?!" Sylvias eyes widened. "I'm so sorry! I shouldn't have said that! It slipped out." She apologized wiping off the gel with a rag.
