Chapter 26: The Synthix Week

Jade's POV

I am currently eating my breakfast. Maaga ang gising ko kasi maghahanda pa kami for the event later. Our call time is 4:00 because at 7:30, the event will start. It is now 3:43 in the morning. Kasama ko si Sienna na kumakain at mukhang inaantok pa.

"Bakit kasi ang aga ng call time." Rinig kong bulong niya. I just let her, even me, I'm still sleepy.

Natapos na kaming kumain at nagready na, we are in our sivilian, pwede kaming mag sivilian ngayong araw. Tomorrow, we will wear our combat uniform.

"Tara na." Sienna said. Sabay kaming lumabas sa dorm at tahimik na naglakad. The students are still sleeping and we don't want to bother them. We headed to the Arena which the lights is currently turned on. Maybe the other student body turned it on.

Ang aga naman nila. Pumasok kami ni Sienna and we saw Kuya Ghoul inside. Maybe the others are in the field, preparing the Booths and Rides.

"Kuya, sinong kasama mo?" I asked nang makalapit kami sakanya. Tinignan niya kami at ngumiti. "Just me, I just checked kung okay ba ang mga decorations natin at kung hindi ba nasira. I was about to go to the field para tulungan ang iba. You want to come with me?" Tanong niya saamin, tumango lang kami at sinundan siya papuntang field.

Nang nakarating kami, I saw the Booths na inaayos ng ibang student body and the rides checked by the others. Lumapit kami kay Kuya Sharp. He is the CSB escort.

"Okay na ba ang lahat kuya?" Sienna asked kuya Sharp. Tumango lang siya. Iniwan ko si Sienna na kausap ni kuya at dumiretso sa ibang booths.

We prepared many booths including the Horror House, Picture Booth, Souvenir Booth and other booths with fun games while our rides was a roller coaster, Ferris wheel, octopus ride and many more. We also have Dragon Ride, where a Dragon from Firius Kingdom, will tour you all around the Academy.

Malaki ang field namin kaya kasya lahat ng mga booths and rides. If we compare this to the mortal world, it has the same size as the Amusement Park.

I helped them decorate and fix the booths. Nagising narin ang ibang teachers kaya tinulungan kaming mag ayos ng mga booths and rides.

Hours passed and it's current 7:10. Gising na ang ibang students at nasa auditorium na. Doon gaganapin ang opening program for the Synthix Week.

The gates are also opened. Marami na ring students from other academies na pumapasok wearing their sivilians too.

Tapos na naming maayos ang mga booths and rides kaya dumiretso na kami sa Auditorium ni Sienna. As we went inside, we saw the other Royalties sitting comfortably on their chair.

Umupo na rin kami ni Sienna. Siniko ako ni Dylan na katabi ko. "Are you okay?" He asked. Tumango lang ako at hinilot ang sintido ko.

"I'm fine." I said.

I saw Ate Alysia entered the Auditorium. Tumayo ako at nilapitan siya. "Ate." I said atsaka siya niyakap. She hugged me back too.

"Where's mom and dad?" I asked. Umiling lang si ate. "Bukas pa sila pupunta dito along with the other Kings and Queens. They want to witness the battles." She said.

Tumango lang ako. She sat on the chair at our back. Sakto rin namang dumating si Kuya Ghoul kaya tumabi siya kay Ate. Inirapan lang siya ni ate, halatang ayaw niya kay kuya.

Saktong dumating na si Headmistress. Pumunta siya sa stand at kinuha ang microphone.

"Good Morning CRST A!" Masaya ng bati niya saamin. "Today is the day you've been waiting for! Welcome to all students from different academies, thank you for joining our Sythix Week. Today is the first day of our Sythix Week. You can do whatever you want, there are many available booths located at the field. Tomorrow, the second day, is the start of the Combat Battle, witnessed by the Kings and Queens. Please enjoy your free day today." Headmistress said.
