Chapter 56: The Stolen Arium

Jade's POV

It's been a day since the demons awakened. Nananatili parin ang takot sa mga estudyante dito. They are afraid on what will happen at the future, on what will happen in their lives, pero sabi ng Headmistress ay walang dapat ikatakot, because we're here to protect them.

Now the demons are awake, the whole Crestelia is now alerted. Soldiers are being trained by their Generals. The Academies are also preparing.

Everyone acted normal even though it's not. They feel relieved pero hindi kami.

This the moment we've been afraid of. The responsibility that is given to me and Dylan, can we do it?

"Hey, Jade. Your spacing out." Nabalik ako sa reyalidad ng marinig ko ang boses ni Rock na tinatawag ako.

"What?" I asked. Nandito kami sa Cafeteria. Kahit na delikado na ang paligid, tuloy parin ang klase. Hindi ito pwede ipagpaliban.

"Sabi namin, anong order mo?" Tanong muli ni Rock.

"U-uhm.... a pizza will do." I said. Saka ko lang naramdaman ang gutom ko.

Napaigtad ako ng may humawak sa kamay ko. I look at Aira, looking at me.

"Are you okay?" She asked me. Her eyes says that she is concerned about my condition.

Napabuntong-hininga ako. "I don't know." I said.

Humigpit ang hawak niya sa kamay ko. "Hey, there's no need to worry. Kahit anong mangyari, we are here for you and Dylan. Walang iwanan diba?" She said.

I felt relieved. Nandiyan sila para saamin. I felt so happy that I found a friend like them.

"Oo nga! Diba, one for all, all for one?" Sabi naman ni Hack. Napangiti ako bigla, a genuine one.

"Thank you." Sabi ko. Napatingin ako kay Dylan.

"We'll do this together, right?" I asked. I place my hand infront of the table. Sumunod na naglagay sa taas ng kamay ko ay ang kay Aira, sumunod si Hack then Sienna, then Rock na kakadating lang and then Ice and lastly, Dylan.

"We'll do this together. Walang iwanan." Rock said.

"Let's go!" Sabi namin sigaw saka nagtawanan. I never felt so happy like this. Ang sarap magkaroon ng kaibigan na nandyan parati saiyo.

We ate happily. Then the bell rang, sign that the recess is finally over. We went straight to our classroom. Mistress Victoria was on schedule.

"Good Morning class." She greeted, we greeted back to her and took our seats.

"Is everyone okay now?" Mistress Victoria asked us. We all nodded and gave a thumbs up.

"Okay, let's start our new lesson for today." She said and started to teach.

Nakikinig lang kami sakanya. Sometimes she will drop a joke for us not to be bored and sometimes, she will tell us a story when she was in the Mortal World.

The class was happy, when Kuya Sharp barged in. She first bowed at Mistress Victoria, then us. He looked tired and panting.

"Sorry to interrupt your class, Mistress, but Headmistress is summoning you in her office as well as the Royalties. All the teachers are their, except for you and the Royalties." He announced. My forehead creased.

Bakit kami pinapatawag?

Tumayo na si Headmistress at tinignan kami. Tumayo narin kami and the Secretary was the one to take charge since the Vice- president, Hack, will be coming with us and the president, Aira is also coming to.

When we went outside, hindi na kami nagteleport at naglakad nalang, kasama ni Mistress.

The field is empty, maaliwalas narin ang araw, hindi katulad ng kahapon na sobrang dilim.

"Bakit kaya tayo pinapatawag?" Natanong nalang ni Aira. We shrugged our shoulders.

"We'll find out later." I said.

Pagdating namin ng Head Tower, we went to the higher floor where the office of Headmistress is. We knocked before opening the door. Inside, many teachers are already there, probably waiting for us.

Pumasok na kami, tahimik ang mga teachers as well as Headmistress. Umupo kami sa bakanteng upuan and Mistress Victoria sat beside Master Lin, also a teacher for potions.

Lumingon kay Headmistress ng nagsalita ito. "So, hindi na ako magpapaligoy-ligoy pa. Something happened at Aeria Kingdom." She said.

Napatingin kami kay Aira at nakita ang gulat sa mata at pagaalala. "W-what happened? H-Headmistress?" She asked, stuttering.

Napabuntong-hininga si Headmistress. "The demigoddess came, to get all the Arium, in behalf of Goddess Arianne. Nang makapasok siya, hinayaan siya doon sa loob. Nagtaka sila kung bakit matagal ang demigoddess doon. When they checked her from the outside, since they can't go in, they saw demigoddess Rhein, unconcious. And when they checked at the monitor of the Arium, an Arium is missing." Pagkasabi non ni Headmistress ay napatayo na si Aira.

"What?! Pero walang pwedeng makapasok doon kundi Gods and Goddess at demigoddess lang!" Sambit niya.

"Calm down, Aira." Pagpapakalma sakanya ni Rock. Napaupo nalang si Aira saka siya niyakap ni Rock.

"That's it, Princess. No one can enter the chamber except a god and goddesses or a demigoddess. Nang tignan nila sa monitor. The missing Arium belongs to a Trivian. Kaya naisip ng palasyo at ng iba pang palasyo na baka ang mga demonyo ang nagnakaw ng nawawalang Arium. And I think we're right." Headmistress said.

"I-is everybody there o-okay?" Nanginginig na tanong ni Aira. Rock tried to calm her down.

She felt calm when Headmistress nodded.

Napasandal ako sa upuan. Trivan is now moving, they are preparing for the upcoming war. Hindi pa man ito idinedeklara, but I can sense it, doon rin iyon papunta.

Dapat maunahan namin sila. Mas malakas na ang loob nilang pumasok labas sa Crestelia dahil gising na ang diyos nila. While us, we couldn't find the Gods and Goddesses.

"That's why I called you. To inform you what happened. Habang maaga pa, we need to double the protection and train everybody here in the Academy. Hindi pa man idinedeklara ang gyera, doon rin papunta iyon. So Royalties," Headmistress looked at us. "Help us." She said.

We nodded. It's also our responsibility. We are Royalties, and those students belongs to our Kingdom.

"Teka, kung ang ninakaw ay Arium ng Trivian, kaninong Arium iyon?" Tanong bigla ni Hack.

Tinignan kami ng matiim ni Headmistress.

"King Melandro's."
