Chapter 53: Preparation

Jade's POV

This week is one of a hell. The whole Academy is preparing for the CRST Ball that will be happening next next week. Same date as our birthday.

Nandito na kami ngayon sa Ball Room. Classes started earlier but we are excused to prepare. I am with Sienna, Kuya Ghoul and Julia, with the other CSB officers, along with the representative of each level and standard.

"Jade, patulong naman o." Nilingon ko si Sienna ng makita ng pilit niyang tinutulak ang statue ni Goddess Freya. Every CRST A Ball, dapat nakabalandra ang mga statue ng mga Goddesses
and Gods.

Nilapitan ko siya at tinulungan siyang hilain ang statue papunta harapan ng stage. When we are done, kinuha ko yung Charmeleon Flowers at isa-isang nilagay ito sa harapan ng mga estatwa.

"Princess Jade! Pakikuha daw nang diamonds sa may likod mo." Utos saakin ni Kuya Ghoul na lumipad at idinidikit ang mga diamonds sa may gilid.

Tinungo ko yung mga table kung saan nakalagay ang mga props at kinuha and isang box ng diamonds at gems at iniabot iyon kay Kuya Ghoul.

"Salamat." He said and then continued his work. I looked around. Officers have their own work. I'm the one supervising them.

Lumapit ako sa mga officers na nagaayos ng table. I looked at their skirting and helped them. Tumulong rin ako sa pag-ayos ng stage para sa program. Then I helped them for the lighting.

Pagod kaming bumalik ni Sienna sa dorm. "Hay, kapagod naman. Pero excited na ako sa gowns na pipiliin bukas! Kyahhh!" Pagod man si Sienna, but she's more excited for the gown release tomorrow.

I wonder, what would fit my taste? Hmmm

Nang makapasok kami ng dorm, wala pang tao kaya madali akong pumasok sa kwarto at naligo. I need to freshen up before we enter class.

When I'm finished, I changed my clothes to a uniform and went out. I saw Sienna reading a book while in a uniform already. Nang makita niya ako ay naglakad na kami papuntang Xiria.

When we entered the classroom, good thing that the next teacher isn't there yet so we went to our chair.

Napalingon ako kay Aira na nasa likod ko nang kinalabit niya ako. "What?" I asked.

"Excited ka?" She asked. Kumunot ang noo ko. Excited saan?

"Saan?" I asked her. Naka kunot pa ang noo ko habang tinitignan siya.

She rolled her eyes. "Duh, sa Gown Release bukas." She said which made me understand her question more.

"Oh." Nasambit ko nalang.

Tinignan ako ni Aira na parang nagtatanong kung anong sagot ko.

I shrugged. "Maybe yes, maybe no." I said. She just rolled her eyes again and nodded.

Tuwing ball, Aira and Sienna are the most excited when choosing gowns. I'm not interested but at least I kinda have a good taste when choosing.

Then Mistress Freen came, she is our teacher for History. Her class started so I paid attention. Marami-rami narin akong class na hindi naatendan. Mabuti nalang at nakakabawi pa ako.

When class is finally over, we headed to our dorm and rest. Si Aira and Sienna, kanina pa tumitili sa sobrang excitement. I just headed to my room and slept.
