November 13 1991,

During their stay neither Liam nor Fiona spoke any words to each other since that first day Fiona arrived nearly a week ago

"Do you think we can leave them alone for a few hours while we go to the city for my check up?" Veronica asked Michael while they were still in bed, snuggling and kissing every now and then

"Why not? They're adults right?" Michael replied

"I know but they're acting like toddlers right now, I mean they don't speak to each other and avoid being in the kitchen or living room when the other one is in that area" Veronica sighed

"I can't blame your dad, I mean I wouldn't want to be in the same place as the woman you loved but betrayed you" Michael replied

"I know and I know how he feels too" Veronica mentioned

"I know and so do I" Michael replied

----- Meanwhile,

Katherine and Joseph arrived on the driveway and stepped out of the car, wanting to invite Michael and Veronica to their place to kind of make up for last time when they visited them in Pasadena where they left arguing

"We could've called, they obviously have company right now" Joseph mentioned seeing two rental cars on driveway

"I made some soup for Veronica that helped me when I was pregnant and had pregnancy sickness and I also made a stew that'll last them a few days, they need to focus on the baby and the future" Katherine mentioned carrying a basket inside the house when Joseph opened the door that was unlocked

"I hope they lock the doors once that kid is born" Joseph mentioned

"They've company so that's why the door is unlocked probably" Katherine replied

"Do you see anyone here?" Joseph asked and bumped into Fiona "Veronica's mother, right?" He asked

"Yes, Fiona" Fiona nodded "Can I help you with that?" She asked Katherine

"Yes, thank you dear" Katherine replied and handed the basket to Fiona who put the basket in the kitchen "Are you visiting for a few days?" she asked

"Um kind of.... I'm here for two reasons actually, of course to visit my daughter, but also to hopefully work things out with my husband, who also is here somewhere" Fiona answered

"Y'all are fighting?" Joseph asked

"No it's more like a... um he has the right to be mad at me I cannot blame him for that" Fiona answered

"Why?" Joseph asked

"Well.....he just found out something he wasn't supposed to ever find out" Fiona replied

"The only actual price of your wedding dress?" Joseph asked jokingly

"No, worse he knows I cheated on him once and that person is actually the father of our daughter" Fiona mentioned looking down

"Yea that happens" Joseph shrugged his shoulders

"You only say that because you have a daughter with some woman you got pregnant  who knows maybe there's more than one child you have outside our marriage" Katherine rolled her eyes at her husband "And really? You didn't even tell your husband about it? You not only lied to your husband and child also to the person that doesn't know he has a daughter out there, who knows maybe it's that's man's only child, don't you think he has the right to know about his dauther too? " She scolded Fiona

"Or not, I mean maybe the guy is married and has a few kids too" Joseph added

"You don't know that and you're only defending her actions because you are the same" Katherine mentioned

"How many times do I have to tell you I love you woman, only you" Joseph told her

"Apparently love is not enough for you to be and stay faithful to me" Katherine replied

"I'm sure that other woman or those women meant nothing to your husband" Fiona mentioned

"Y'all cheaters stay defending each other's actions, unbelievable" Katherine shook her head and left the room

"You are still married right? So there's hope for me and Liam?" Fiona asked

"Katie doesn't believe in divorce, does your husband?" Joseph asked her

"He said he'd file for divorce but so far he hasn't" Fiona replied

----

"Why do I even have gate security if they don't inform me when people arrive" Michael sighed seeing Joseph talking with Fiona in the living room while they enjoyed some coffee

"Can we trust them together?" Veronica asked

"I hope so" Michael answered

"Wait she would've told me if your dad is my dad too right? Otherwise I'm pregnant with my half brother's child" Veronica gasped "I'll be right back" She added and rushed back to the bathroom to empty her stomach

"Don't make me throw up too" Michael cringed and shook his head to get rid of the thought that Veronica could be his half sibling  "So quick question, have you two met before? Well before y'all met when Veronica was my girl?" he asked Fiona and Joseph who enjoyed some coffee while they sat on the couch

"No, why? Wait you thought.... Wow" Fiona gasped

"Nasty just nasty" Joseph shook his head

"Don't you have to visit your other family?" Michael shook his head at him

"I did last week, she really wants to meet y'all" Joseph mentioned

"I don't care I have like zero desire to meet her, I know it ain't her fault she exists but meeting her would feel like betraying mother and all I'd see would be the hurt you caused mother, so no I don't want to meet that girl, I only have three sisters, Rebbie, Toya and Janet" Michael told him

"Biolocally you've four" Joseph reminded him

"I do not care, she's not my sister and she'll never be" Michael made clear

"But Matthew was like a sibling to you? Isn't that being a hypocrite?" Joseph asked

"No, Matthew was a sibling to us all, well mostly to me, Janet and Marlon and to mother he was like a son too,  he may not have been our family by blood but he was family unlike the news you dumped on us about your other kid" Michael replied

"Could we stop on our way back to buy some extra mouth wash I just opened the last bottle" Veronica asked while she made her way to Michael

"Your way back from where?" Fiona asked

"The city" Veronica replied

"She don't know about the baby?" Joseph asked

"What bab-- How far pregnant are you?" Fiona asked shocked

"Not that it concerns you but I'm due in May" Veronica replied

"You weren't going to tell me I'll be a grandmother next year?" Fiona gasped

"Like you didn't tell me you don't know who my real father is, at least I know who's the father of my child and future children" Veronica replied

"I see those pregnancy hormones have kicked in" Fiona rolled her eyes while Veronica left the room to make her way to the car

"All I'm asking is please don't stress her out, so far it's not been easy for her" Michael told Fiona before he followed Veronica to the car, helped her in so they could leave to the city for the check up
