Halloween 1991,
"What do you think?" Veronica asked showing Michael her look for the Halloween party at the restaurant in a few hours
She was wearing a long black silky gala gown, a long black wig till her hips, a black smokey eye makeup, a blood red lipstick, red pumps, red fake contacts and fangs
"Does it look like a vampire host?" She asked
"You're the sexiest vampire I'd ever seen" Michael smiled at her "You could bite me" He winked at her
"It's not too much?" Veronica asked
"No, you look good in pumps and silk" Michael smiled at her
"Are you dressing up too tonight?" Veronica asked
"How about a vampire hunter so I get to keep you" Michael smirked at her
"Only if you can catch me" Veronica smiled at him

While the food was served and guests enjoying themselves at the Halloween themed party at the restaurant Bailey walked in, wearing a similar outfit as Veronica only her dress was knee lentht while Veronica's is ankle length
"Have you seen Michael? I got something for him" Bailey asked holding a small box with her new book that was released today inside it
"They needed help in the kitchen, Michael's helping the kitchen staff" Veronica answered
"Do you think I could borrow him from them?" Bailey asked
"Well everyone seems to enjoy the snacks or their dinner so yeah they can take a little break in the kitchen" Veronica answered
"Thanks" Bailey replied and made her way to the kitchen while Veronica chatted with a few guests here and there and also helped out at the bar because Desmond called in sick that morning

"Hey I was supposed to pick you up at the airport tomorrow" Michael mentioned to Bailey when he saw her step into the kitchen
"I know but I had to pick up your surprise too" Bailey smiled pointing at the box she held in her hands
"Is that?" Michael asked
"Yes" Bailey nodded
"Thank you" Michael smiled and hugged her "Could you take over here? You've to cut the ingredients and put them in the bowls, thank you" he mentioned taking the box with him and made his way to the office area where he quickly opened the box, got rid of the wrapping paper and opened the book to start reading
"I wasn't prepared to help out here but I'll do my best" Bailey mentioned to the kitchen staff and helped them where they needed her

2 AM,
The last guests and most of the staff just left and Veronica was cleaning up the bar and counting the liquor while others cleaned the tables, sweeped the floors and mopped them afterwards and the kitchen staff cleaned up the kitchen with Bailey's help too
"You want a glass too?" Bailey asked Veronica once the last staff members left too around 2:45 AM and poured herself a glass of red wine
"No, all I need right now is my bed" Veronica mentioned and kicked off her heels before she sat down on one of the bar chairs while Bailey put the bottle of wine back on it's place "By the way have you seen Michael? I haven't seen him all night" she asked
