"Kook?!" my mom who I didn't expect to come back now knocks on the door, forcing me to stop everything but hold y/n in my clasp with one arm while trying to catch my breath. Shit. "Y-Yeah?"

She stretches her leg out to touch the floor and stand up but almost collapse. "I wanted this to go further," I peek up into her eyes and hold her by her waist to kiss her lower stomach. Her soft breathing echoes through the room but I stand up, making me now tower her with my height. "But now I've shown you how a real man takes care of his girl."

We both gaze at each other with a caring look but I step aside, to get to my closet. "I think I'm gonna open a bank account for you and transfer some money on it. That will be easier," I open the doors while talking and enter the closet but she doesn't voice out anything. "Hm? What do you think?" I peek at her with some worry, wondering why she's not answering.

"Yeah..." her monotone voice doesn't make me happy so I hurry to put a pair of sweatpants on and grab a hoodie to head up to her while putting it on. "What's wrong? You don't like the idea?"

She shrugs without making any sounds and takes hold of her clothes. I don't let her walk to the bathroom but places my hands on her sides, to keep her where she is and look at her from behind. "Tell me what is happening in your head..." I lower the volume of my voice and back hug her. "Are you going to pay me for that...?" she turns around to face me but I don't withdraw my hands from her. Her expression exudes nothing but disappointment. "Not just for that but I want you to have some money for the trip."

"Hm..." she drops her gaze to the right and steps aside so I let her go. I'll talk to her once she's done with her shower. I follow her and get inside my bathroom to head to the sink and wash my hands, then face in an ill-fitting silence. As she's hanging her clothes on the small hook racks, I grab a towel and pat my face to soak the water.

"Are you mad at me?" I don't leave it and put my towel down to look at her. She shakes her head and glances inside the walk-in shower, so I walk up to her and turn her towards me to wrap my arms around her body and rest my forehead on hers. "I won't leave this room until you tell me."
