“Blackstar she really reminds me of someone… we should look into who she is. She doesn’t even have a last name.” Tsubaki whispered looking over at Yuki as they sat in class. “I just, I don’t know who she reminds me of though.” Tsubaki added then she softly sighed laying her head down on her hands.

“Don’t worry Tsubaki, we will find out. I’m Blackstar, they can’t hide anything from me.” Blackstar said, trying his best not to laugh or talk loudly since they were in the middle of class, Stein was doing review about Souls for class, everyone not paying attention.

“We are going to be having a quiz on this.” Stein said making everyone sit forward and pay more attention, but Yuki who wasn’t paying attention, and she was doodling.

“Hey, you should be paying attention.” Soul said to Yuki, he didn’t like paying attention himself but, he thought he might as well warn her about it.

“We are talking about Souls, they are kinda my specialty. I’ll be fine. Thank you though.” Yuki said while she was drawing, Soul couldn’t help but look at her sketch pad and his eyes widened seeing she was drawing the front of the school with great accuracy and it actually looked like the front of the school pretty well.

“Hey, you two knock it off and pay attention.” Maka whispered to Soul and Yuki, making Soul flinch but Yuki only kept drawing.

“Yuki, Maka Albarn, Izaya Noizu, and Soul Evans.” Stein said making Maka, Soul, and Izaya all flinch but Yuki just kept drawing. “If you feel like talking to eachother so much, I would like one of  you to answer this question on the board.” Stein said rolling back in his chair and he pointed to the chalkboard. Soul flinched not knowing the answer, and Maka was trying to think about what it was saying it was in her notes so she started to look but Izaya just looked at Yuki. Yuki looked up from her drawing at the chalkboard.

“Your question is wrong. It’s not a Witch or a Keshin soul, you drew it wrong, but lets say it was, one of the differences between the souls is color, but also if you can see souls and feel souls the pressure and the presence of them is completely different since witch souls not only vary in size like all souls but also they vary in their strength and wave lengths. You messed up not only when you were drawing the shape but the look of the soul, at least by textbook picture.” Yuki said then she looked back at her drawing and started to draw again. Everyone looked over at Yuki confused and shocked.

“Would you like to fix it for me?” Stein asked making Yuki sigh and she pushed herself to her feet then headed down the stairs and over to the Chalkboard. Grabbing the Purple chalk she drew a witch’s soul shading in some parts, then next to it grabbing a red chalk that turned out slightly pink she drew a Keshin’s soul. Once she was done she put the chalks down, backed up, then walked back up the stairs heading to her seat.

“Show off.” Someone said making the rest of the class laugh, but Yuki only ignored them sitting back in her seat. Izaya sat up and glared in the area the voice had come from, angry that someone had said that about his meister.

“Okay, now, I would like Meisters that can see souls to come down. Wait, their weapons should come too.” Stein said, Yuki sighed getting back up, this time bringing her sketchbook with her, and a few meisters including Maka, Soul, Kid, Liz, and Patty to walk down and stand by Stein. “Now, I would like for you all to switch partners with someone else’s weapon, then look at the weapons soul and draw it as best you can.” Stein said giving papers to everyone including Yuki who already had her sketch pad. Maka went over to Liz and Patty, Kid going over to Izaya so Yuki walked over to Soul.

“Can I…” Yuki asked but she froze looking down not continuing her sentence. Yuki sighed turning away and she was about to try and find a different partner.

“Hey, It’s alright.” Soul said looking at her. “We can be partners, it’s easy for me. Your the one that has to have a hard time.” Soul said with a slight laugh, Yuki looked at him shocked but then she nodded and she closed her eyes taking a deep breath then grabbing the paper she started to draw Soul’s soul. Soul walked over next to her and he looked down at the sketch book.

“You can sit down, I can still see it.” Yuki said sitting on the ground where she was her eyes still closed and she was drawing. Soul nodded sitting next to her and watching as she drew his soul, first drawing the shape then adding details. She first drew just a human soul but then next to it she had started to draw again making Soul tilt his head in confusion watching, but he saw that she was drawing a face on the soul. Light blue soul with two slanted eyes, and a mouth that had sharp pointed V teeth. Yuki opened her eyes then she started to erase lines where she had messed up and do more details. Stein came over looking at her soul and then he nodded heading over to the others.

“I think she’s just a show off because she was adopted by Stein. Thinking she’s better than us so she has to show off.” Someone said to their friends near them making Soul look up and over towards the group saying it. “Can’t even feel her soul, she must be so weak and the only reason she got in was because of Stein. No wait she doesn’t have a last name so Stein must not like her either. She’s a freak.” The person added making the two weapons and the other meister with them laugh, but before they could say anything else Izaya was over by them and he towered over them.

“Excuse you?” Izaya asked making them all flinch then he bent down so his head was near theirs. “Want to say that about my Meister again?” Izaya asked but Yuki only sighed walking over to Stein and she gave him the paper before hugging her sketch book to her chest and she walked towards the exit of the classroom.

“She’s even leaving! Pathetic! God Izaya that even makes you look bad.” The weapon said next to his Meister, making a few people throughout the classroom laugh. Stein only sighed moving his hand to cover his eyes and forehead.

“Professor Stein? Why aren’t you stopping them?” Maka asked running over to Professor Stein, Liz and Patty behind her. Even if they had just recently met her, they showed that they cared even if it wasn’t that much so far.

“Because if I stop them it gets worse. Just watch.” Stein said sitting back in his chair making Maka, and everyone in their group confused but Yuki just walked back into the classroom walking up to the kid and his weapon.

“Don’t say anything about my partner.” Yuki said then she reached down picking the kid up by his shirt collar making everyone flinch as she brought him to his feet.

“The hell?” The kid asked his eyes wide but then he stood up straight on his feet and he grabbed the front of Yuki’s shirt scrunching it up in a ball. “How did you pick me up? Are you a witch and that’s why we can’t see your soul? Maybe Izaya is too, your little demon weapon, you are both weak.” The kid asked but Yuki only sighed.

“I’m not a witch. It’s just in my blood.” Yuki said then she drew her fist back leaning with it then she launched her fist forward moving with her body also punching the kid in the face making him fly back across the ground, bounce three times, then hit the wall creating a dent in the wall. “I told you not to make fun of my partner.” Yuki said but then she looked at the kids weapon. “Are you done too?” Yuki asked and the kid nodded nervously seeing that his Meister had been launched away just by her punch. Yuki nodded then she turned walking out of the classroom. “I’ll show myself to Lord Death’s office.” Yuki said waving them off walking but everyone just stood their with wide eyes.

“Sweet!” Blackstar yelled then ran down the steps. “He got completely launched into the wall, almost half as good as my punches!” Blackstar said jumping down by Izaya and Soul. Blackstar then gave Izaya a high five but Soul just looked at the kid who was knocked out by the wall, his partner trying to wake him up worriedly, but then he looked at the doorway where Yuki had left at questioning once again who she was.
