John's POV

Today was the wedding. I really am hoping it was everything Katy wanted because I know how important this all is to her.

In about an hour I'll be driving over to the church. Just so I can relax and try to calm my nerves down a little.

I'm not nervous in bad way, I just can't believe I'm finally getting married. Who would have thought that I would end up getting married. After all the things in the past, I think people thought I was going to be single for the rest of my life. But Katy looked past all that, and she got to know me. And that's why today I'm marrying the love of my life.

She was most likely getting her hair done or makeup so I wasn't going to bother her. I wanted to talk to her before the wedding however.

I figured it was probably a good time to drive over. So I got into the car and drove over.

I walked in to find the wedding planner already here. Yes I hired a wedding planner, I needed help.

"Hey John it's the big day. The rings are all ready, as long as you know what you have to do, you can go wait in the room on the right till a little before."

"Alright great! Thanks so much!"

I walked into the room. I dailed Angela's number just incase Katy was busy. Didn't need to annoy her before the wedding.

"Hey Ang how's Katy."

"Oh Katys getting ready. She had a great time last night that's for sure."

"She didn't drink did she? She's pregnant if you don't remember."

"Oh shit. John she had 2 or 3 drinks. I completely forgot and she must have been so cought up in the moment that she didn't realize. Listen don't worry, right now let's focus on the wedding. I'm sure everything will be fine."

"Your right I'll have to relax. Can I talk to her though?"

"She's getting her make up done right now but I'll put you on speaker."

"Hi honey!! I just wanted to call and let you know I'm so happy we are finally getting married! I love you so much and I can't believe that I'm so lucky to have found a girl as great as you. The last few years have been the best of my life. Im glad to call you mine!"

I heard a few awes in the backround. im assuming it was Ang shannon and Mary.

"I love you too.. I can't wait to see you later. I'll meet you up at the alter."

"Go finish getting ready I'll see you later."

We said I love you a few times until Ang cut us off and hung up the phone.

Before I knew it there was about 30 minutes till show time. My brothers, Katys brother and both of our fathers were in the room.

"I'll see you later Mr.Hudson, once again I promise I'll keep her safe, I've never loved someone the way I love her. Thank you so much." I said to Keith as he walked out to go meet Katy.

"I trust you John, see you later." He said while walking out.

It was now officaly so close to happening.

In less than 1 hour I would be with Katy who is going to look beautiful. She always does but I can only imagine.

Katys POV

I had butterflies flying around in my stomach. It was a good feeling though.

I squeezed my dad hand tight, and looked into his eyes.

I mouthed I love you and he did the same squeezing my hand a little tighter.

I think both of our eyes were watering, but we kept the tears in.

The doors opened and I took a step into the room.

Everyone stood up, but I didn't look at them, I was focused on John. And I took a glance at my kids of course who were also in the wedding. But then all my attention went back to John.

The second he heard the doors open his eyes met mine.

A smile was on both of our faces as I kept walking up.

I finally reached the alter where I took John's hands.

The whole ceremony went on until I heard the priest say it was time to kiss the bride.

I looked over right into John's eyes. Wrapping my arms around his neck. He leaned in placing his hands on my waist. Kissing my lips.

I heard cheers.

I slowly broke the kiss, even though I didn't want it to end.

I can't believe it. We're married.
