The Test

John's POV

I went into Katys suitcase as quiet as I could and found "the box." I tried to open it as quietly as possible so nobody walked in but I was unsuccessful.

"John dear, is Katy okay?" I heard Mary ask at the doorway.

She then walked closer to me and noticed what was in my hand.

"Oh my god John! Is she really?"

"We don't know yet. But you can't tell anyone she wanted to surprise everyone I think."

"Oh of course! I don't know anything! But make sure she's okay. Who knows how she's going to react since last time. Make sure she's not doing anything stupid if she actually pregnant."

"I always am watching her. I would hate to see anything bad happen to her."

With that said I walked out of the bedroom with a test in my pocket.

I then opened the bathroom door to see a very nervous Katy just standing there.

"I'll take that thank you very much." She said while taking the pregnancy test out of my hand.

She took the test and then looked up at me.

"If this comes back positive your not going to be mad. It's not all too soon? Right?"

"Katy I could never be mad. If anything I would be excited. It's not to soon, we are prepared. We are ready for this. We have each other and I don't think I could ask for anything else. I think it's perfect timing."

I felt her arms wrap around my neck and she kissed me.

We continued to talk until finally she picked up the test.

She read the label and then looked up at me, turning it so I could now read the green letters that read POSITIVE.

I was so happy that I didn't hold back. I grabbed Katy and hugged her. I kissed her and spun her around in a circle!

"I'm so excited! This is amazing!" I said in a tone that came out louder then I thought.

"Shh! If they hear you they will have questions, I mean more questions then they already have."

We walked out of the bathroom, hand in hand. Entering back into the room with all the adults.

Katy's POV

"Well if it wasn't Katy! Long time no see!" Shannon said.

"What happened? Are you okay? One second we heard whispering that we couldn't really understand and then 10 minutes later we hear John yelling about how excited he is." Angela asked.

"Oh it's nothing. We were on the phone with the record label. They were telling us about what we have planned for the next year."

I looked at John, winking, just to confirm with him that I was keeping this a secret.

"So you are going back? I thought you were kinda done with the whole Pop Star thing. Thought you were going to start living the normal life like the rest of us?" Ang then asked... She had a question for everything. I was pretty sure that she knew I was lying but she wasn't going to come out and say it.

"Oh yeah. I think I will leave with one last thing. Or as John said, end on one last high note."

"Katy lets go in the other room, I need to talk to you." Ang then said.

I looked over at John, he didn't say it but his facial expression told me that I should go with her.

"Okay.." I said while walking into my bedroom, and Ang closed the door behind me.
