i tried reaching the gun tucked on my pocket, but his threat prevented me. "don't fucking move or your little friend here will be harmed." his deep voice was scary enough to make me quiver in fear and obey what he was asking for.

"we don't want any trouble, just let us go." i spoke, as calmest as possible. jungwoo behind me went back in, of course he had the chance to leave but of course he wouldn't. honestly, i would've wanted him to run away and head back, i don't want to put him in danger too.

they stood with the shadows, so it was difficult for me to see who it was. "haha, we don't want trouble. yeah, that's what everyone says but ends up doing the exact opposite." his sarcastic laugh was annoying, it made my blood inside me boil, and when they boil, it's not a great idea.

they finally stepped out of the shadows, donghyuck who seemed unbothered rolled his eyes impatiently, being all bored rather than being scared to death when a deadly weapon was being pointed at him. ahh, how can he stay so calm? the man who was threatening him had a mask on, but i could see how frightening he was by just looking at those dark eyes.

"you're the one who started all this by threatening my friend with that dagger, all you have to do is let him go." i paused, a smirk crawling up my lips as i looked at him with a challenging look. "i know you might say, i will take care of him.....but don't worry, lee donghyuck will take care of you."

my words made donghyuck unexpectedly smile. i know donghyuck can handle himself, he's a badass and would knock out bad people with no hesitation if they were seen in front of his eyes. he does it effortlessly.

"ahh yeah? are you sure your friend can handle me?!" he screamed vigorously before letting the blade meet donghyuck stomach, soft and pudgy, and made a satisfying squish as the tip of the blade sank deep enough to make donghyuck yelp. donghyuck almost fell on his knees, but the unknown man held him up, smirking and observed my reaction with satisfaction.

"you fucker!"

i eagerly wanted to sprint, flung myself on him and make him suffer after what he had done with donghyuck, but two strong arms wrapped around my stomach and held me back. it was jungwoo obviously.

"step forward again, i'll shoot." another man from the otherside announced, he calmly stood with a gun raised up to point on my direction, similar to the other one, he also had a mask covering his mouth. "i won't fucking hesitate just like what he did to your friend."

what has happened to humans? are they turning into monsters as well?

jungwoo protectively blocked me from the gun, giving the man a grimace expression... but for me it was still as pure as before, ah this is not the best timing to mention something like that.

"what's wrong with you?! we haven't done anything to you!" i screamed, foolish of me to do since the walkers were now attracted by the blare noise as they started approaching the room.

"oh- hyung, isn't that... soyoung?" the man who held donghyuck inquired, my heart beating fast after i heard my name getting mentioned by them.

"wah, it is soyoung.. how unexpected." the man slowly lowered his gun, but briefly pulling it back up.

i bravely got off from jungwoo's shield and glared at the two men. "look, i have no idea who you guys are but we're inoccent and all we want is to go back home without someone getting harmed again. please just let us fucking go!"

"too bad huh? your daddy isn't here to save you." he sarcastically said making donghyuck cough blood. "stop bringing taeyong up to this and let us be."

"... i-"

"taeyong? her daddy? haha, i didn't mean it that way but okay. what i meant is your dad who used to be a cop." i couldn't help but blush, my cheeks turning severely red and hot that it made me freeze. why did donghyuck say that? i would feel even more embarrass if i see taeyong again, or if we even manage to escape from these two men.

"how do you know me?" i could finally pull myself together. "just please let us go."

"what about take soyoung to hyung instead of dongfuck?" the man chuckled making donghyuck immediately punch him in the face, his friend didn't even react but laughed it off. "ahh i swear jisung, don't mess with donghyuck haha."

jisung? how do they know each other? is there a story behind all of this? didn't they mention about jisung and chenlay were dead, because of somin?

the boy so called jisung weakly groaned but managed to keep donghyuck captured.

"taking soyoung is a bit too much, we should send a harmed donghyuck as a warning." the unnamed man said with satisfaction on his face. he gave jisung a look to signal him, that it was time to let donghyuck go... and once he did, donghyuck got pushed roughly on the floor in front of my feet.

jungwoo and i instantly kneeled down as took off my jacket, pressing the cloth against donghyuck's stab. "here take this, just keep the blood in okay?"

"alright, changbin we should go before the others worry."

changbin and jisung, huh they're not the small kids i thought after all.

i looked up and gave them a death glare, jisung smiling slightly before exiting and taking the other door that led outside.

"say hi to taeyong for me." changbin smirked, i left him unanswered and watch him disappear from my sight.. right until he came back in while sticking his opened palm. "oh, by the way.. you got something that belongs to me." he looked down at the dagger tucked in my skirt.

i sighed. oh, so he's the owner.

i pulled up and threw it at him, the dagger immediately flew like a lightning but changbin managed to tilt his head from the side to avoid getting hit by the blade. "nice one." he complimented and pulled the dagger out of the wall, then left with his friend jisung.

"we should go before the walkers bang the doors down!" jungwoo worriedly said and carried donghyuck like a bride. donghyuck being all whiny told jungwoo to drop him, but of course he wouldn't.

i couldn't believe i let donghyuck get harmed, all because i wanted was this bracelet.

note: stayzens? hehe honestly i'm not a stay, i just really admire their music type its so urgh makes me want to bang my head on the wall and go "COMMON SIDE EFFECTS INCLUDE NERVOUSNESS, INSOMNIA-" lmaoo sorry. so please hehehhe idk i just thought that stray kids are cool enough to be the villains, pls no fanwar i love both groups. hahaha, sorry i would be making them as the bad guys but we all know they're softies hahaha. also! as i said i don't stan and i'm not an educated stay so sorry if i say anything wrong such as their names or whatevs hahah. also urgh i just have to mention bangchan is hella attractive like mate making me procrastinate by staring at his face. okay i'll stop bye hahahah!!!
