Anxiety seeps into your mind.
It tears you apart from the inside out.
It's debilitating.
It's painful.
It's always there in the back of your mind.
It's torture.
You don't need to suffer from panic attacks to get anxiety, and there are many different forms of anxiety.
Some people suffer from it so badly they can't leave the house.
Others are simply a step up from being shy.
It's all anxiety though. It all hurts...
Hiding away from your anxiety won't help. It won't just go away.
The only way to defeat anxiety, is to concur it.
It will be hard.
It will often feel like it's not worth it.
It will fell impossible.
But you will do it.
Anxiety's like torture, but you can free yourself...
