Sometimes you lie threw you're teeth to prove to someone that you're fine, when all you really want is for them to see through your lies and hug you.
Sometimes you force a fake smile and laugh at all the right moments, when all you really want is a hug.
Sometimes you spent hours covering up your scars, when all you really want is for someone to see and try to help you.
Sometimes you cut when you're alone, but all you want is for someone to take away your blade.
Sometimes you throw away your food when everyone's backs are turned, but all you really want is for them to turn around.
Sometimes you stare at your phone for ages, even though you know nobody will call, because all you want is to know someone's thinking about you.
Sometimes you push people away, but all you want is for them to stay.
Sometimes' like the opposite, it's not what we really want at all - yet we still do it everyday anyway.
