There's always going to be something that helps you stay strong.
Maybe it's a person.
Maybe it's a song.
Maybe it's a celebrity.
Or maybe it's something else completely random, like a little butterfly drawn on your wrist.
Being able to say you're okay - really, actually, well and truly, completely, okay - is the best feeling in the world.
I promise you it is.
Don't you want that?
You should!
I know finding that one thing that keeps you strong is really hard, it is.
But it's still there. You just need to find it and hold on tight when you do.
And until you find your thing, I'll be it. I'll be your reason to recover.
Because I need you, I want you and I'm happy to put all my time into trying to make you smile.
I promise.
And I don't make promises I can't keep.
