Chapter 27: "Don't Slack"

(A/N Jamie kept her new look she got in the last chapter.)

"In the beginning, we were divided. Our ancestors thought we were just too different to get along. In turns out they were wrong. Very very wrong," Poppy narrated.

"We're sorry."

"You have to be able to listen to other voices, even when they don't agree with you. They make us stronger, more creative, more inspired," Jamie said.

"So whether your song is sad and heartfelt, loud and defiant, or warm and funky, or even if you're a little bit of each, it's all these sounds and all our differences that make the world a richer place," Poppy stated.

"Because you can't harmonize alone," Jamie smiled as she and Branch held her hand and Hickory did the same with Poppy, who was wearing an engagement ring.

Then Clamper tried to eat the scrapbook, making Poppy do a little tug of war with her before winning.

"Clamper! Let's not eat our history!"she gently scolded.

"Sorry, Miss Poppy," Clamper blushed.

Then a backing alarm and two different beat boxings were heard and they all saw Tiny Diamond and BJ on a small vehicle.

"Excuse me, we're done with our naps," BJ smirked.

"And we're ready to party," Tiny Diamond added then said, "Glitter!"

BJ activated the vehicle, it releasing glitter as it sped off.

Then everyone went outside and had a party, Prince D and Branch singing.

At the end, Poppy and Hickory went off on one bug and Jamie, Branch, and BJ went off another. By that time, Bridget and Gristle had just arrived a little too late.

"Aww Grissy. I guess we're late to the party," Bridget said.

"Ah balls!" Gristle groaned, throwing his crown down.

"Grissy!" she scolded gently.

"But who's gonna eat my cheese balls, babe?" he asked, picking up two plates of cheese balls.

A/N Oh my gosh! This was such a crazy process. But knowing me, I like to add one more scene.
