Part 68.

Jasmine's POV

I walk faster, trying not to loose his track.
I see him calling with someone, I recognise his raspy voice.
I know him.
Very well actually.
As he ends the call he turns around and both of our eyes get bigger.
- Jasmine. - he says and begins to smile.
- Josh. - I say chuckling and fall right into his arms.
- I haven't see you in ages! - he chuckles and let's me go.
- Same! Why haven't you texted me? We could have met? - I ask him totally speechless.
Josh is my cousin, we haven't see each other for like 6 years, because he lives in the USA.
- I wanted to text you later after the cinema! Our parents planned a family dinner for tomorrow, you know that? - he asks me smiling.
- Oh uhm no, mom hasn't told me yet.
- Well you know now. You're coming, right?
- Of course! - I say chuckling.
- Oh and my mom wants to get to know your man, your mom is just talking about him. And hey, I need to know who's going to be a part of my family in the future. - he chuckles and I nod.
I know my mom like Shawn, but it seems like she likes him a lot.
- Great, so see you tomorrow Jassy! - he says smiling and hugs me.
- See you. - I say and walk back to Aaliyah.
She sits at a table looking on her phone.
- I'm back! - I say and she stands up.
- God I thought you're never coming back. - she laughs causing me to laugh with her.
- I'm sorry haha. So, have you picked a movie yet? - I ask her smiling and she points at a movie at the top.
- 'Alpha', I think this could be exciting. - she says.
- Great! Let's go get popcorn.

The movie ended half an hour ago and I have to say it was really good! Some parts were extremely sad and I was about to cry, but it was a great movie.
As we arrive back in Shawn's apartment my stomach begins to feel weird. It hurts and I have the feeling to throw up.
I sit down on the couch and lay my head in my hands.
- Hey, is everything okay? - she asks worried.
- Yeah, my stomach juat hurts a bit.
- Why does it hurt? Did you ate something wrong for breakfast? - she asks and I shake my head.
- That's weird. I'll get you a tea.
She stands up and walks up to the kitchen to make some tea. She is so lovely.
Does my stomach hurt because of, you know, my pregnancy? Or did I really ate something wrong? Is everything okay with our baby? Nevertheless I have to tell my family about my pregnancy tomorrow, I'm a little bit scared.

Hours passed while Aaliyah was watching movies on the TV and I was sleeping. I felt so bad. I didn't even know I fell asleep.
Suddenly she wakes me up carefully.
- Wake up Jasmine, we neet to get ready. Shawn will be there in about half an hour. I'm so excited. - she says smiling and I stand up slowly.
I feel better now, I just don't want those feelings to come back.
Suddenly I notice that ai forgot to text Shawn back.
- Aaliyah, is he worried about me? I forgot to text him back! - I ask nervous and she smiles.
- At first he was, but I told him that you fell asleep. - I nod and walk into the bedroom to get myself a dress.
As I changed my clothes I applied some make-up. Just a little bit.
- Is that outfit okay? - I ask her as I walk back into the living room.
- Wow. - she mumbles.
- You look so beautiful. - she smiles, her eyes wide open.
I thank her and put on some high heels. I am so excited right now.
Suddenly the front door opens and Shawn walks in, wearing a suit.
- Hey gorgeous. I missed you. - he walks up to me and gives me a soft kiss on my lips.
- You two ready? - he asks smiling and takes my hand before he kisses it softly.
- I was ready the whole time, let's gooo! - she says chuckling and walks out the front door.
- You look stunning, I'm so lucky and proud to be your boyfriend. I love you. - he whispers in my ear and gives me another kiss.
- Thank you. You look amagzing as well. - I say smiling.
- Thanks babe. Let's go, the surprise is waiting.
We walk outside the building, our hands still intertwined. I am so excited for this night...
