Jasmine's POV

- Wake up sleepy head! - I say chuckling while crawling on Shawn's lap.
- Hummm. - is the only noise that lefts his mouth.
His eyes are still closed but his hands find their way to my waist and he pully me down on him.
- Please cuddle with me, just 5 more minutes. - he asks me with his respy morning voice.
- No. I know what 5 minutes are in your vocabulary. 5 years. - I chuckle but give up and lay my head on his chest hearing his heart beating peacefully.
A few seconds later I let go of him and sit up again.
- But please get up now. I've got an appointment and I want you to come with me.
- But I want to cuddle and kiss. - he mumbles opening his eyes slowly.
His hazel brown eyes meet mine and he begins to smile.
- Oh hello my beautiful wife. - he smirks and winks at me.
I'm not his wife yet, but I still love it.
- Gosh, the appointment in the hospital is important! Come on, please. - I beg him and immediately cover my mouth with my hands. This should have been a surprise.
- What? - he says shocked and sits up fast.
I nearly fall off his lap, but he holds me tight. Our faces are really close to each others, I can feel his warm breath on my skin.
- Hospital? Are we going to your gynecologist? - he says smiling bright and strokes my cheek.
- It should've been a surprise, but yeah. We're going to see our baby for the first time today. - I smile and immediately feel his lips on mine.
- What are you waiting for? Let's go! - he screams and throws me off his lap on the bed before he runs into the bathroom to get ready.
I get up and walk into the living room to drink some juice.

About 20 minutes later a dressed up Shawn comes out of the bathroom and hugs me from behind.
- Here I am, let's go babe. I'm really excited. - he says before giving me a kiss on my cheek.
- Me too. - I admit and take my purchase.
As I turn around my mouth nearly drops.
- Oh god. - I say quietly to myself, but I guess he heard it.
- What? - he smirks and pulls me closer to him.
- We aren't going to a photo shooting for sexy boy magazine cover! - I say and look up and down at him.
Dang it, he looks like a snack. No, like a whole freaking meal. Hot hot HOT.
- Haha what? I'm just wearing my black suit, just without the blazed. Wanna make a good first impression to your whole family. - he chuckles and gives me a quick kiss before he bolds my hand and pulls me behind him to the door.
- Well yeah 'just' - I mumble to myself.
That's not normal, how can someone he this hot?

- I'm so excited for this, like crazy! - he says sounding like a little kid.
- Me too Shawn! - I say leaning my head against his shoulder while were walking into the hospital.
I'm really excited to see our baby for the first time. Of course he or she is still a little bean, but that doesn't matter.
As we arrive at my gynecologist, Mrs. Brownder, my heart begins to race.
- Hello Mrs. Taylor, I see you brought someone with you. Mr. Mendes, right? - she asks kindly smiling and shakes my hand.
- Yes, right. I'm her husband, well nearly. - Shawn says blushing and shakes her hand.
- Oh, so you're going to get married? Well, congrats! - she says smiling and we thank her.
We walk into the room and I lay down on the couch, Shawn is sitting on a chair next to me and holds my hand.
His eyes don't leave the screen of the ultrasound machine.
- You seem excited, aren't you? - she asks Shawn and he nods.
- Totally. - he smiles and lays his hand on my stomach and strokes is slightly.
- I'm sorry, but I need to get her stomach now. - she says chuckling and we all begin to laugh.
Shawn pulls back his hand and begins to nibble on his fingernails.
Suddenly I feel the cold mucus on my stomach and right after the ultrasound probe. The screen lights up and we can see something in black and white.
Mrs. Brownder is taking the mucus all over my stomach and suddenly stops at one point.
- Can you see this? - she asks us and points at a dark spot at the screen.
- That's your baby. - she says and I look over at Shawn.
His eyes are focused on the screen and they shine as bright as thousand stars.
- He or she is so beautiful. - he says with a broken voice and suddenly a tear escapes from his eyes.
- Aww babe.
I squeeze his hand and he lays his hand in the crook of my neck.
Shawn's so emotional about our baby, even though all we can see yet is a dark grey spot. I love him so much.
- I love you so much. Both of you. - he whispers in my ear and wipes away his tears.
- That was an emotional moment. I'm gonna print out the pictures, I'll be right back. - she says smiling and hands me some hankies to wipe away the mucus before she leaves the room. It feels like second and she comes back with the photos.
I already wiped away the mucus and stood up, so did Shawn.
- Here you are. See you in a few weeks. - she says smiling and gives us the ultrasound images.
We thank her and make out way to the car.
- Gosh, I'm totally done. I'm so happy. I'm gonna put one in my wallet and one will be standing in the living room over the TV so we can always see our baby. - he says.
I nod and kiss him softly.
- I love you so much Shawn.
- I love you too.
