TVD: S3E46 - The Hybrid

Alexis' POV

It's the day after the party and Elena told me about how Stefan called her last night. I wish he hadn't. It's giving her hope, and I believe there is none. Klaus would not let Stefan go easily. I am going to go to my parents graves later to tell them of Adrianna. But first a stop at the grill.

I arrive and spot Alaric at the bar, watching Elena as she speaks to Tyler. "Hey Alaric" I say smiling as I join him.

"Hi, how are you?" he asks.

"We saw each other last night, but I am well. I'm going to visit their graves today, did you wish to accompany me?" I ask him.

"I would, but Elena needs my help with something. But next time diffidently" he assures me with a smile.

"You guys aren't organizing a baby shower are you?" I ask him. "I know Care is, even though I've told her to wait ten weeks. She insists on planning now" I tell him.

"I'm sure it'll be fun" he tells me smiling. He taps something and sends it to me. Elena wants to go to Memphis to find Stefan. He and Klaus are hunting werewolves. Please tell Damon.  I look at him surprised and nod my head. Elena returns and I go speak to Tyler.

"Hi Alexis, I told mum about our daughter. She's stoked, she is going to spoil her rotten" he tells me.

"So what? I plan on doing the same" Matt states.

"She'll be spoiled, but not to much" I tell them. "Though Caroline is probably going to go over board in the clothes department" I add. We all chuckle. "Anyway I have to go see Damon, see you both later. Tyler tell Care I said hi and no pink" I tell him and leave.

"Hello, and Masey? What about Dami?" Damon asks and I roll my eyes.

"I'm not here about the baby" I tell him. "Elena and Alaric are going after Stefan right now. We have to go bring Elena home" I state.

"NO I have to bring her home" he states.

"Not a chance, she's my twin and I'm not letting you leave without me. Because I won't tell you where to find them otherwise" I state.

"Fine but you do as you're told and stay with me until we meet up with the other two. Then leave with Alaric and Elena if I have to be wolf bait" he states.

"Great, lets go" I tell him smiling. We get into his car and I pull up the map Alaric had sent me. "They're going to the smokey mountains" I state.

"Great, should be a blast" he says sarcastically. We drive in silence until he parks next to Alaric's car. Then follow their tracks. When we arrive Damon pushes Elena into the lake.

"Now was that necessary?" I scold him.

"Alexis, Damon! How are you even here?" Elena demands from her spot in the water.

"Thanks for the tip, brother" Damon says to Alaric.

"Wasn't expecting you to bring Alexis along" Alaric states.

"She insisted" Damon grumbles.

"She is right here" I remind them crossing my arms.

"You sold me out!" Elena exclaims still not getting out of the water.

"You think I'd take you to a mountain range of werewolves on a full moon without backup?" Alaric asks her.

"Elena we lost our aunt, don't let Adrianna lose hers. We can come back tomorrow early when we have hours before sunset to search for Stefan" I tell.

"They'll be gone by then" she snaps.

"Elena get out of the water" Damon orders.

"If I get out of the water, you're gonna make me go home" she states.
