Alexis' POV

We're back in Mystic Falls and are the Mikaelson manor. Having a sit down with Klaus and Rebekah. "So the rumors are true, welcome to the family" Klaus tells me.

"We're not here to discuss mine and Elijah's love life" I tell him. As I bounce Adriana gently. "But about who deserves the cure. Why do you want it Rebekah?" I ask.

"Being a human means a fresh start. I can grow old and have a family like you and Elijah. Fill my days with meaning, knowing that each one matters" she states.

"You can adopt for that" I tell her.

"And what is your reason for the cure brother?" Elijah asks Klaus.

"Silas can appear as anyone. He got inside my thoughts, convinced me I was dying. He will torment me until I give him the cure" he states.

"You survived 52 years of the hunter's curse. I think you can survive Silas" I tell him.

"Besides Silas will break down the wall to the Other Side once he gets the cure" Rebekah adds.

"So it doesn't trap him there when he dies. He wants to reunite with his lost soulmate. You of all lovesick fools should applaud his devotion" Klaus tells Elijah.

"He will open the floodgates for every supernatural being that has ever died" Rebekah states.

"Including our dear brothers, Kol and Finn. We'll have our family back" Klaus tells us.

"That would be a good thing, but is it worth it?" I ask them.

"Besides you hated Kol and you kept Finn in a box for most of his life" Rebekah adds.

"Elijah, please" Klaus says.

"Your personal discomfort might not be sufficient reason for putting the entire world in jeopardy, Klaus. I think our sister deserves a shot at happiness" Elijah tells him.

"Tell me you're joking. Tell me you're not fating me to an eternity of torture" Klaus says.

"I made my decision" Elijah tells him. Klaus swiftly stands and leans down to speak into Rebekah's ear.

"When you're sick and dying, and you beg for my blood, I will laugh in your face and compel you to forget me" he tells her. Before storming out of the room. Rebekah remains carefully composed as she touches her hair and clears her throat.

"See he's as dramatic as ever" I state as I stand up. Adrianna on my hip.

"Where's the cure?" Rebekak asks Elijah.

"Rebekah, it's no secret that you are impulsive, emotional, and at times morally questionable. Prove to me this isn't just another one of your whims, that you know precisely what you are giving up here" he tells her.

"Fine, anything" she tells him.

"I want you to live a day as a human. This day. No vampire privileges-- no strength, no compulsion, no nothing. If you succeed, if you still believe this is what you want, the cure is yours" he tells her. She accepts the challenge and leaves.

"I'm gonna go find my friends Elijah, I think it's time that they knew about us" I tell him.

"Of course, are you taking Adrianna?" he asks.

"Yes, otherwise they might kill me" I tell him jokingly. He chuckles and kisses me. Before kissing Adrianna's forehead. He tells us to take care and we left. I follow Care and Bonnie's scents to a dress shop. Strange, I enter see them in the fitting room area. "Don't you look great Caroline" I say. They turn to me and squeal. Rushing over. "Careful, baby" I tell them.
