12: The Confession

Estarossa POV
"Zel what are your next plans?" I asked my older brother. We were at the commandments hideout. Galand and Fraudrin were playing some card game and the girls were chit chatting about Derieri. Monspeet was really upset but he would never yell at Zeldris knowing he would be killed in the process.

"Well it would be to dangerous to go to any of the sins houses knowing any one of us can be killed easily. We need to go back to that tavern but it has to be all of us. We will come prepared and armed ready for a fight."

I smiled, I looked up to my brother. He always took care of me. Meliodas never really liked me. He only ever wanted to play with Zeldris as a kid. I never knew why but as I grew up I realized that he's not worth it. I didn't need him so when he left me and Zeldris behind we fought for our selves. Our father was never home and our mother lost her life to cancer.

Ever since that Meliodas hasn't been the same. He started stealing, hitting people, then sexually assaulting women. Next me and Zeldris fell down the same path and became rivals with our brother. We've stollen back and forth from each other multiple times. Meliodas even stabbed me once.

"Oi Esta come here brother. I can see you overthinking things again." I did as told and scoot my butt closer to him on the couch. He grabbed me and pulled me up to him. Even though we were both grown men his comfort was always so nice.

"I promise we will win tomorrow. We will show them who's the boss!" He said sternly and rubbed my hair.

"Thank you Zeldris."

Meliodas POV
"So should I say your my girlfriend now? Or I mean if not that's okay."

I was driving with Elizabeth to Kings house. He and Elaine invited us for dinner as a way to help me tell Elizabeth that we are a gang. Since I'm going to hook him up with Diane. We needed to do this tonight since tomorrow was our robbery.

"Are you saying I'm your girlfriend?" She said kinda sassy. Oh no did I offend her?

"I don't know I thought-"

"I'm kidding yes I would be so happy to be your girlfriend." She giggled

"Okay phew I was a little nervous there for a second." I started to pull into the driveway of Kings house. It was pretty big and very nice. It's always been nice.

"It's so nice of Sir King to invite us for dinner." She unbuckled her seat belt. I turned the car off and looked at her with a smile.

"Okay ready to go?"

"Yes." When we got out I took her hand and we walked to the door. A couple of knocks and the door flew open revealing Ban.

"Hey Captain, Princess." He said with a Ban like smile.

"Sup, where's king?"

"He's setting the table. Everyone else is here so come on in." We did as told. Elizabeth looked a little shy. This was only her second time meeting everyone. Plus I think Diane might have made her a bit uncomfortable last visit.

"Hey Meliodas! Glad you could make it." I saw king wearing an apron as well as his sister Elaine.

"Thanks for having us Elaine. Did you and King cook all of this?"
