I'm spellbound. This book is something else entirely. Something I'll keep rereading all my life and might always be as enchanted as I am right now. I don't even know if I'm using the right words or making any sense, but I'm unable to put anything I'm feeling in words.

I never thought, I would love a random book so much, which I added in my reading list I didn't remember when and why. Knowing the girl is an artist, I got something to relate to. I don't know if I'm an artist or not, although I create a fair number of artworks. God, I don't understand, why I've made it so complicated. I thought maybe this book will help. It did help, I guess.

An artist wishing to open her own art gallery and a heartbroken man who's in coma for 7 years waiting to be freed from his body.

The one thing you need to know is Minuet is a cat with Dominic's spirit entangled with his. Don't ask to elaborate, I don't understand how that is possible. Explain to me if anybody does. Maybe it's what paranormal is supposed to be like. Nouvel gives her love to Dominic through Minuet. Sounds like black magic or something, I know. But trust me, whatever that is, leads to a story which is so divine. Hadn't read one like this in a while.

Dominic is a mystery and Nouvel is too curious for her own good. She's hell-bent on solving it. Meanwhile when he's helping her with her paintings that spirit is developing hopes to find a heartbeat again. Not to mention that she's already losing herself to him.

After reaching the end of the story, it all feels like a dream. Something that happened and didn't, at the same time. The last chapter and epilogue are my absolute favourite. That's a imperfectly perfect happy ending.

This is the third book I read this year, in which the female lead has a twin. I'm glad that Landon got enough importance in the story for being Nouvel's brother. Also that it doesn't focus too much on his and Gamma's story.

Ares was my favourite character from the beginning. I loved his bond with Nouvel, whatever that was. I adore their friendship. And how I wish Nouvel to have completed his portrait that day!

Nouvel's family is something I'd like to talk about. How her brother is protective about her, always supporting her with her decisions. Her father having full faith on her and her dreams. And her mother being against of her making a career in art and wishing to be proven wrong by her daughter. I love them.

I'm going to note down all the lines I liked the next time I read this (too lazy to do that now). I think I'll need them. The book is shorter than those of my recent reads, but it has the deepest impact. I'm damn sure that this book will help me get through creative block and failed artworks.

Loving Minuet is a wonderful book. I just loved it so much. It's dear to me.

Hello everyone!

First of all, thank you so much for 1k reads. I never expected so many people to read my rants about books. I'm truly grateful for that.

I know I went MIA about a month ago. I have lots of time, but I hadn't read much. And about the two books I read, I have been procrastinating writing about them. So I started writing about this one as soon as I finished and I think it's pretty much everything I wanted to say. Now I have a total of five books to write about. I hope I'll do that soon.

Take care everyone. Stay safe.

Thanks for reading :)
