It was a bad idea to take a break for dinner. I lost interest after that. Anyways, this is the fourth and last short story by Anna. I liked it sure, but not as much as other of her stories. I don't know why. That break was definitely a bad idea.

To live the adventures her aunt did on Europe trip, Elle goes there, without telling anyone. The trip doesn't go as smooth as planned. Giving up she decides to go back to New York. But little does she know that she's on the plane heading to York, England (Surprise!).

It gets worse when they have to land in a small town due snow storm. Now she's stranded in the-middle-of-nowhere town called Strand. Funny, huh?

There she meets Connor with handsome face, British accent and some arrogance (ah, I missed that quality in guys. Not). Whatsoever someone is with her after days of being alone on an unknown continent.

And then her failed trip begins to get somewhat on track. She finds adventures and love while looking for a place to stay and learning to face the things she's been running from.

I really like the writing style. The journal entries and all was quite interesting. The chapter names, 0 to infinity are my most favourite thing about this book. But those are just 11 parts. It would have been better if there were more.

I don't know what is so different in this. I can't put a finger on it. It feels somewhat off compared to her other works. It's just me being stupid or maybe this is one of her earlier works. Don't believe me on that one though. Read it yourself and tell me what you think (I'm serious).

Oh yes, I had started having cold that day. I was sneezing and all. It's nothing serious. Just bad weather (not Covid lol). But it ruined the experience of reading the last story. I read messages on her message board, everyone is all praise for it.

I updated about three of Anna's stories together before reading this one. I was checking my emails this morning (Sep 7) and there were mails of her commenting on my book. It was quite surprising given that I was assuming her to have left wattpad years ago.

Getting over that, when I read them turned out that she also replied to my message on her message board with a scene from July Apple Pies which is not in the story. It was something she had posted in 2013 and she posted it again because of me. I probably had spammed her. It hit me as I was typing this that, JAP is seven freaking years old. Does that mean she was thirteen when she wrote it? Wow.

It doesn't end here, she posted two long comments (longer than my whole rant/review maybe) on my update about Reasons to Stay. About being scared to explore what you love. Getting replies from the authors whose books I have dearly loved is the best part about writing this thingy (I mean, book). I'm still thinking about what to reply to them. I'm sure about one thing that that's one of the best advice I have ever got.

The reason of talking more about author than the book is well, I don't have much to say about book. And last some days I'm thinking about how amazing it is to create a whole world with just words, losing not only yourself in it but to take others along with you.

Okay, I just erased like four paragraphs here. Told ya, I'm not good with words. What I'm trying to say is that, I'm kinda fascinated by the authors who are able to write books which make you feel like you're actually in the story watching it unfold. Taking you to places you've never been before. My life was always an uninteresting mess but I feel like I've lived 40-50 different lives since I started reading books.

I'm just rambling and not talking about the book anymore, so let's end this here. It's been three days since I read it and I can't write anything about it now. I'll edit this whenever reread the story.

Hi everyone! I had cold and headache yesterday, so my brain is not working very well. I've never used backspace so many times in my life before.

See ya'll when I read another book.

Thanks for reading :)
