W2~Friday
To my surprise, this... hangout was actually enjoyable. After the little mishap in the car, he didn't seem to push anything. Well other than a little bit of flirting and unnecessary hugs; for instance after he won me a stuffed elephant.
But nevertheless, we had fun and he seems like a likeable guy. For me? I'm not sure.
"You should've seen yourself when that clown jumped out on you!" He laughs hysterically holding one hand to his stomach, trying to catch his breathe.
"That clown had nerve to jump up on me like that, I could've injured him." We continue walking off into the dim car park, heading for the car.
He halts and looks at me in disbelief.
"What?" I look around, confused.
"You literally punched the guy. And his nose bled."
"Oh c'mon. That was instinct. How was I supposed to know he was a dumb fool trying to scare me?" I shrug with slight anger building up.
"Ok, ok. Let's get you home before your dad gets you a pregnancy test." He opens the car door open for me, then shuts it after I slid in.
"That's not funny."
"Oh but it is, princess." He smirks.
"Can you stop calling me that. It's cringey."
"But you can call me a 'prettyboy'?" Moses air quotes my earlier slip up. Bitch.
"That was a slip up." I watch his eyes as he starts to reverse out of the car space.
His eyes are now dark brown, could almost say black, in comparison to his light brown eyes he usually flaunts to the girls. It's not even that great. Kinda basic if you ask me.... but I can't say much.
"We both know if you didn't say that you would've thought it." He smirks.
"No. It was supposed to come out as a sly remark. But I guess it didn't. Get over yourself, Mo." I roll my eyes, irritated.
"Oh so you're calling me Mo now?"
"Everyone calls you that. You know what... just shut up. I need to think."
"About what? Me?"
"Get over yourself." I say through gritted teeth as he chuckles and focuses on the road.
As we drove away to my house, I take in the view. Something I always do when I arrive home. Despite not being able to see much of the beach view in the dark. The sound of the waves clashing satisfied my ears along with the whistling of the wind. It's calming and relaxing. Forgetting the fact that I actually hate the beach, I'm not a fan of the sand nor stray dogs.
I have a thing for aesthetic vibes. In general, I'm not that girl who has that certain aesthetic to her clothes or makeup. I like it all. But when it comes to music, I really can't stand is hip hop. Don't get me wrong, I don't mind partying to it, but I prefer chill music on a general basis along with soul and some retro songs.
Moses swerves into the estate and I walk over to put the pin in, making sure his big head can't see. I don't want unexpected visits from him.
He continues to drive in to the estate finally driving into my driveway.
"So, I had fun tonight."
"Oh my dayssssss!" I screech as his eyes widen to my sudden outburst.
"What?" He furrows his eyebrows still alarmed.
