ENOUGH IS ENOUGH

Today I'm not posting the next chapter, because it's not right. I can't continue without saying more than an authors note at the end of a chapter.

I'm sure you're all aware of the George Floyd murder. I'm really trying to process this ongoing issue. Every week there's a new case... for what?

People blame him for apparently resisting, I thought I watched every video and I didn't see any resistance. But on top of that, why protect someone who brutally killed an innocent man because he thought the man forged $20!?! He did not deserve to die, no buts...

And if you disagree with me on this matter you can stop following me, reading my books etc, I'm not here to provide my time and energy writing books for a racist!!

The ignorance people present is astounding!! I don't know why people believe that by saying #Blacklivesmatter is trying to bring down all other races just for black lives to be raised... NO! It means black people lives matter TOO! All lives will matter ONCE black lives matter!

As a teen black girl, I shouldn't have to be scared to walk past a policeman. The people who are supposed to protect us! Right now it feels like I have to protect myself in times like this. I have to live in fear for my brother, my father, my uncle, my cousins etc. It's not fair.

So when THEY get irritated with our protests and our apparent 'violence'... keep going! Keep fighting! THEY are lucky we want equality and not revenge!

I'm tired of this nonsense.

Don't forget protests were all peaceful before police and white supremacists started shooting. So for those of you out there, just know I prayed for y'all this morning and I will continue to.
