Ridley stared back at me, not dropping his weapon as Fuse looked between Ridley and I for a moment, confused as I why my hands were in the air sacrifice. I didn't say anything else, waiting for Ridley to say something to me as he shifted on his feet slightly, furrowing his eyebrows at me. I'm guessing I still looked extremely rough, my blonde hair crusty from dirt and dried blood, the bandage wrapped around my head and tied tightly at the back.

My face was still covered in dry blood, dirt covering my injured and cut body as I stared at the two boys in front of me. "What do you want? We only have a loaf of bread and some apples, take it in you want" Ridley said to me, making me shake my head as Fuse nodded his head down at the bag he had been carrying. "I dont want your food" I said to them as I lowered my hands slowly, Ridley and Fuse still pointing their weapons at me.

"What do you want?" he asked me, signalling with his spear for e to keep my hands up, which I didnt still holding them up in the air where they could see them. "You guys" I siad to Ridley as he stared at me for a moment, sighing as he moved his spear, nodding his head over to Fuse who also dropped his weapon, bending down and picking up the bag as I dropped my hands.

"Don't pick it up" Ridley said to me, nodding his head at the trident as I nodded my head down at it, causing him to walk over and pick it up befroe walking away from me again. "They are after you, you know that right?" Ridley said to me as he held my trident in his hands, causing me to nod my head as I let out a breath. "You killed that girl" Fuse said to me as he threw his bag over his shoulder again, looking over at me.

"How to you know that?" I asked them as Ridley looked over at Fuse as they stared at each other for a moment, Ridley nodding his head at the other boy, indicating that he was allowed to tell me the information. "We've been watching you since day one, staying far enough away but close enough to know where you were" Fuse said to me as tilted my head to the side, actually pretty impressed by that.

"Was it you who sunk everything?" I asked them as Ridley nodded his head at me, standing there defensively, as if he was ready to fight me at any moment. "Yeah, we did that while you guys were asleep at the river" Ridley told me as I nodded my head at them, a small smile on my face, quite impressed that two boys there age and size managed to do that.

"Do you know what happened to Nolan, the girl who ate the fish?" I asked then as Fuse nodded his head, holding his machete by his side as he looped his hand through the rope. "She woke up throwing up blood not long after you left, they realised you were gone and tried to come after you, but she could barely even walk, she died on the spot" Fuse told me as I nodded my head at them, disappointed that she actually felt some pain.

"How long ago was that? I passed out once I left them" I told them as Fuse's eyes drifted to the bandage that was sitting around my head. "Early yesterday morning, when did you wake up?" he asked me as I let out a small breath, officially knowing they I had been knocked out for over a day. "This morning, no clue when" I said with a shrug as Ridley stared at me for a moment, his eyebrows knitted together loosely.

"So where are the pack now?" I asked them as Ridley shrugged his shoulders at me, shaking his head lightly. "We left when they started looking for you, they were getting way to close for comfort" Ridley told me as I let out a breath, nodding my head slowly. "So can we make a team?" I asked as him as he looked over at me, furrowing his eyebrows as Fuse looked over at Ridley.

"That also makes us the most wanted person in here" Ridley said as I nodded my head, swallowing the lump in my throat as I stared at him. "It would" I said as Ridley turned to look at Fuse, who just shrugged his shoulders, acting as if it wasn't that much of a decision to make. "Fine, but I'm not accepting any fish you catch" Ridley said to me as he held my trident out to me, making me take it back as I nodded my head at him.
