Dracos pov

I got woken up around two by my sweet daughter. I dragged myself out of bed down the hall and into Andromeda's room. "Hi sweet girl what's up" I say picking her up out of her crib. Of course she stops crying as soon as I pick her up. "Ok sweetheart let's go get you a bottle then back to bed." I put two scoops of formula in a clean bottle and add water. Luckily she took the bottle easily and was out like a light in ten minutes. I was back in bed by two thirty.

I woke up about an hour later to a person screaming bloody murder. I jumped well more like flopped out of my bed onto the hard dark oak wood floors. I hop up and run into Andromeda's room to see her sleeping peacefully. I then sprint outside to see Pansy comforting Astrid who was scream crying.

More students emerged from their cottages to see what was happening. An alarmed Hagrid emerged from his home and rushed over to see what was wrong.

"Astrid what is wrong my dear" he says. "Mmm-m-my baby..........SOMEBODY TOOK MY BABY." A bunch of murmuring started among students. Some scared some shocked and some pitiful.

"That's terrible what happened" Crabbe says walking up on my left. "Ya who goes around stealing babies. What do you even do with them" Goyle says approaching my right side. "It's also 4 in the morning. Who in bloody hell is awake at 4 in the morning" Blaise says approaching Goyles right.

Soon Dumbledore, Professor Snape, and Professor McGonagall were on the scene. "Students got back to your cottages until further notice" McGonagall announces. "Im getting Ronin then going back to sleep. There is no way I'm letting him out of my sight after what happened tonight" Goyle says. "Ya that's for sure" Blaise says. "I bet you guys five galleons that classes are cancelled today" Crabbe says. "I'll take you up on that bet" I say.

We depart back into our cottages as the professors try to calm Astrid but still no luck. I also don't think she'll calm down for awhile.

I walk back into Andromeda's room to find her still sound asleep. I'm surprised she's still asleep after all of Astrids screaming. I grab her out of her crib along with her blanket and stuffed pig. I carried her into my room and lates her next to me. She was so little and sweet. She had no idea what evil was or how evil people could be. She didn't know that there were good people and bad people. She was pure uncorrupted by evil and I would make sure she would stay that way. I wouldn't allow my parents to fill her head with evil and make her into a heartless child.

No child should have their head filled with hate and lies. No child should ever be ripped from their parents. If anyone were to ever think about taking Andromeda away from me they'd be hexed to death. I think Andromeda was feeling my fury and started to stir in her sleep. "Shhhh it's ok I'm not gonna let anyone steal you" I say as I give her a kiss on her head. My eyes started to get heavier and heavier and soon I was consumed in darkness.
