Sammy and Mae-Li where waiting backstage waiting for their sister to perform. Sammy watches as Irene does her own makeup and the staff sighs. Sammy chuckles. "Get used to it. Irene's very independent."

"Well we get paid to do her makeup."

"Nobody needs to know that you haven't done my makeup." Irene mumbles. Mae-Li giggles and pokes Sammy's side. "Sounds like you." Sammy rolls his eyes. "Oh hush Mae." Sammy was happy that Mae-Li was at JYP after a couple months of research and a few hours of very biased opinions. JYP loved the young girl for her tenacity and her strength in all forms of art, including her natural flare of being an idol. Although Sammy had big red warning signs going off in his head because while he did trust JYP he didn't trust him that well. Irene was an adult in American eyes but Mae was not.

Leader Channie
Sammy, we have a problem.

Sammy
What problem?

Leader Channie
Seungmin and Minho don't want to watch and are well "busy" as they say.

Sammy
Let them miss out on Irene's debut then. If they don't want to then don't force them. Also busy? What?

Leader Channie
😔 But you told me to get everyone to watch her debut stage. idk they just said, "We're busy."

Sammy
Let them miss out on it. I thought Seungmin would have wanted to watch but oh well. It really doesn't matter I just want Irene to know that we all have her back and will support her. Sometimes just her brother supporting her isn't enough.

Leader Channie
She's lucky to have you Sammy.

Sammy
Yeah.. 😌 I guess so.

Leader Channie
Is Mae with you?

Sammy
Yep. She wanted to see everything. You know how curious she is.

Leader Channie
Sometimes she's too curious.

Sammy
She's young... but I hope her curiosity doesn't get her into bad places.

Leader Channie
BamBam has been keeping an eye on her. She'll be fine.

Sammy
Yeah. Irene told me. I'm glad because she's really impressionable.

Leader Channie
Don't worry. She'll be fine.

Sammy
I hope so...

Mae-Li was messing around with the staff asking millions of questions. Sammy smiles and sighs. "What I'd give to be that oblivious to the world." Irene finished her makeup with a bright pink matte lipstick and a sparkly lip gloss to go over it. "Ok I'm done." The staff roll their eyes and fix some splotchy areas in her makeup. "Maybe getting a nice full coverage foundation would help?" Irene asks one of the staff with a tight smile. Sammy chuckles. "Oh full coverage. Jeffree Star?" Irene laughs. "I'm glad your here Sammy."

"I wouldn't miss out on my sister's debut for anything." Sammy looks at his sister through the mirror and smiles. Irene grins. Despite their bickering and jabs at each other, they were still family and they loved each other. Mae-Li noticed BamBam and squeals before engulfing him in a hug. "You really did come!"

"Yeah... Jackson-Hyung wouldn't stop bothering me about it."

"Oh why?"

"He said, 'Irene gets to debut after training for five years. It'll mean a lot if you go.' Which I responded with, 'Why don't you go?' He could have come."
